The "1" rating should be "0" for integrity. I order a lot through Uber Eats from Southern Hands. On one occasion I ordered a peach cobbler I didn't receive. I called a lady who said she was the Manager said come in any location tell them to call her of need be and get the peach cobbler paid for. I never did because she seemed as if she wanted to make it right. Lately either management is as changed or something. I missed a sweet tea on an order. I called for an hour no one answered. On my next order, I told them the situation in Notes and asked to send the sweet tea. I didn't receive it. I ordered today and asked the Other ber Eats driver to tell them I missed my sweet tea on an earlier order. They told the pickup lady they didn't know who I talked to. First of all I spent $34 today and no less than $30 each time I order. Why would you not give me the sweet tea, even though paid for, and you don't know it. I am a great supporter of our Black Businesses. I will continue to look for them for all needs I can. SOUTHERN HANDS YOU ARE A DISAPPOINTMENT TO THOSE WHO DO THE RIGHT THING.Just do the right thing.
