Window Factory Online 

Very happy with the purchase and installation of my new bi-folding doors. From working with John in the initial stage to the actual installation which was done very efficiently, I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Despite initial reservations it was agreed that Window Factory Online could replace several windows at my parents' property. Prior to installation, enquiries were handled promptly and concerns were addressed. After a visit from the surveyor, a date and time was arranged for the windows to be fitted (within two weeks of the salesperson knocking at the door!).

My parents were told that the fitter would arrive at about 8am, therefore they were shocked to see a van sitting outside at 6.45! In hindsight this was good, because the gentleman (David) that installed the windows - six in total - did so single-handedly and worked exceptionally hard until after seven in the evening. He did an amazing job and, so far, my parents have been very pleased with their new windows.

I have not received any goods or have had any work done by this company but what I will say is make VERY sure that you want anything done before you give them your deposit.
I received a quote which I accepted to then organise for a surveyor. The said surveyor was expected between 1-3pm. When he/she did not arrive, it took until 5pm that day for a sales manager to then explain that ‘there is a problem with your quote. We can’t do it for that price, so we have raised it by £1500, is that ok?’
It then materialised that I should have been called the day before and that that was an ‘oversight’
I then requested that my deposit, £500, to be returned. It was at that point agreed that it would be transferred to my account. As it was before the B/H weekend I knew and accepted that I should receive the money on the Tuesday. By the following Friday as it still was not my account, I spoke to ‘J’ who explained that ‘no one in the office knows what they are doing’ and was ‘promised’ it would be done by Monday.
Tuesday it was still not in my account
I then spoke to another person in the office who explained that ‘J was just in sales and not to believe anything he says because we can’t and never transfer the money’. A cheque was then ‘promised’ to be sent that day. It’s now Friday and still no cheque

I then rang today to be told that ‘checks’ need to be done before it can be sent

I have left countless messages for people and no one returns your calls

K from accounts was at first not available. Then on a call. Then at lunch between 1-2 and then out in meetings.

I said that I appreciate that but I would like ‘someone’ to get back in touch before 3.30 to let me know what was happening

And unsurprisingly no one has

I just wanted my money back but now I feel it is my duty to warn others that this company is happy to receive your money but NOT willing to help if things change.

UPDATE
although I was ‘promised’ that the cheque was to be posted first class yesterday, it has still NOT arrived. I advised the lady in the office to send the cheque recorded delivery to protect both me and the company in case of a lost cheque. But I guess they didn’t agree....

I live in Maidstone and had window factory company do my windows great price and brilliant workers from start to finish.

Window factory did my back door for a very reasonable price so I recently had them back to do two large window on the side of my house . I'm really pleased with both jobs .. I will be using again and would highly recommend ..

Hi I live in the Coxheath , Kent area. A short time ago I had all new Windows installed , also all new glazing to my existing conservatory, complete with new double glazed door & a new roof to my conservatory. The quality of all frames & sills, door etc is of a high standard. The workmanship was excellent, fitters were very good polite & cleaned up when finished from one room to another, using dust sheets as they worked. The cost was the best competitive price i got from a number of other quotes, would recommend this company. Mr G Peters.

Hi everyone just a quick update from my last complaint! So John has phoned my elderly parents demanding I appologise and remove my comments 😂 not sure he understands how these things work ??! So here’s a tip John your supposed to fix it not moan when your company is rubbish!!

I had my whole house windows and doors renewed over a year ago. Some of them are huge and I was worried how they would turn out but thankfully they are really nice and look great. Compared to a different company I had used for my previous house the window quality is much better and they look more expensive am very happy and would definitely use them again.

Bad customer service. No show on arranged call outs, no return calls when promised. I feel sorry for the office girls who have to deal with dissatisfied customers wanting any kind of help or reassurance that someone will keep a promise. Doors have been left unsafe because they will not shut let alone open without brute force. Broken hinges due to incorrect fitting. Not much help for the disabled or elderly. Our problem has been going on 7 months. Absolutely disgraceful. Trade Windows / window factor online, whoever you call yourself, you are a disgrace & ought to be utterly ashamed of yourselves.

Just fitted my 2 doors. Barry and his team have done a nice job. Price was fairly high. But its good quality.. Thank you

Very happy with the new windows fitted to the front of our house. They’ve made more of an improvement than I had ever expected. Fitted just before we had the terrible weather which was good. I have just had a conservatory fitted, where do I start... I will never use this company again, like the other reviews because I'm a female initially there was the interegation but we got through that so I gave them a chance however they didn't protect my garden mud path up the garden broke a light conservatory was leaking broke a window the roofs still leaking a month after fitting it's leaking when it rains into my conservatory and each time they say they will come back they let me down the double doors needed moving up because the flooring was too high to fit tiles or flooring one small window failed and had to be replaced... Still waiting for them to sort all this out a month after it's completed!!!!

Had window replaced yesterday and the window fitter broke our new blinds from the wall, I called the company today and was told to expect a call back but did not receive, the blinds were fitted weeks after original window and the replacement window fitter was rude, as was girl I spoke with on telephone today, I wouldn’t bother with this company!!

Had a great installation very happy with the new windows. Would use again and recommend thank you

Had a telephone call following a doorstop call Sunday where a young man made a good presentation on using window factory products.

The telephone call felt like an interrogation rather than a call to check I was a genuine potential customer. The caller almost insisted my other half be present, giving me the feeling that I could not handle the matter on my own and he inferred it was 'company policy'!

One thing mentioned on the door was that I would be provided with one quote but on the telephone it was mentioned about discounts!!

Have to say, this company "cold called" at my front door yesterday. Usually wouldn't entertain this.... but i was interested in a quote for complete replacement of all windows etc.
After letting them into my home and discussing requirements, they agreed to call back later to discuss further and supply a quote!
FAILED TO DO THIS AND NOW WONDERING IF THEY ARE SCOUTING OUT HOMES THAT ARE VUNERABLE!!!!!

Have used this company several times to have windows and our patio doors changed. The fitters are polite and tidy. The windows look great and the prices have been really good. About to use them again for a new rear door. Would recommend them anytime.

I have had two installations carried out, patio doors and a new front door and panel and on both occasions the jobs were excellent. All members of the team are courteous and the fitters arrived on time, and kept me informed as they carried out the jobs. The were clean and tidy and cleared away at the end. I had a problem with fitting the front door which needed some resolution but this was done professionally and to everyone's satisfaction. The communication with the company is very good and all appointments made were on time, which is an important factor for me. Well done Factory Windows, I will use you again if I need another job done.
