We recently had our two front windows done, and it was a wonderful service from start to finish, the rep was incredibly nice, and the guys who done the windows were very tidy and friendly, we had no problems whatsoever apart from the guys forgot to leave the keys for the windows :), but we just gave them a phone call and they sent them through the post, first class service, thank you so much, we will definitely use again in the future.

He gave me a competitive price for the windows and doors and i was happy to continue from there. the team that came to fit the windows were friendly, polite and helpful. everything was neat and clean when they were finished.

brilliant experience all round from the …
brilliant experience all round from the time of the salesman calling to the finished product.
The fitter was very good and kept any mess to the minimum.
The product itself is of very good quality and has improved toe look of the front of my house 100%.
I would recommend this company and product to anybody that asks any regarding the supplying company or regarding the product in question.

The fitters were excellent and fitted the product very well, were polite and tidied up nicely afterwards. New windows and doors really brightened up the house. Would have been full marks apart from a grumpy thoughtless bricklayer contractor who to be fair did do a good job but general courtesy doesn't cost anything and should always be expected.

From start to finish everyone we came into contact with was polite, friendly and helpful. Every appointment was kept exactly as promised (unlike some others) From quote to completion was very speedy and the the work was carried out to a high standard with relevant explanations being given at the time. A good hassle free experience.

An excellent job
I hadn't intended to replace any windows when I had a knock on my door asking if I was interested in receiving a quote.
For some reason I said yes and didn't once regret my decision.
The price was excellent, the product demonstrated seemed high quality so I decided to have thirteen windows replaced.
The job took a day and a half, the fitters left my house in a very tidy state and I would thoroughly recommend Window Factory.
I look forward to seeing lower heating bills in the winter!!

An exceptional service from start to finish. The sales team demonstrated the windows and the quality of glass, frames and fitments. High level security was a large part of our expectation and both sales team and fitters were superb before, during and after fitting.
Dark rose wood frames were chosen for inside and outside frames and sills. Could have had white interior but chose the wood effect throughout. Looks good and was 25% more than white but well worth it.
We had 18 units including patio, front and kitchen doors and a range of hinge options as required for all the windows. Brilliant. Fitters took a day and a half and were first class. Highly efficient and cleaned up as the work progressed. There was no damage or decor issues during fitting. All waste and old windows were disposed of. On completion we had a thorough 'how to' operate varying openings and positioning of the windows. All locks and keys are physically simple to with an easy sophisticated security mechanism. The keys are computer generated to codes.
All units are perfectly sealed and opting for the wider cavity between the double glass was definitely a positive move in terms of insulation and sound proofing. All of the staff were superb including the office who rang to advise on a few matters pertaining to the job. Very considerate.

Dealt with a salesman called James. Very helpful and friendly gave great advice regarding window openings etc.. Fitted a fantastic product and left my house as clean as it was before they arrived. Not the cheapest quote i had but by far the best value. I will be calling them back at the end of the year to upgrade my conservatory. Very happy and thank you.
