I found Windows and Doors2U really easy to deal with. They were prompt for all appointments, paperwork arrived when they said it would and the timescale from measuring to fitting was quicker than anticipated.
Very pleased with the new bifold doors.
We’ve had their engineer out on a couple of occasions as we were told the doors would take time to settle. They came out straight away to refit.
I’m always sceptical about reviews I read on sites like this, but I can honestly say Windows & Doors 2U have been excellent every step of the way.

Absolutely cannot recommend this company enough from the friendly, no nonsense sales (no aggressive sales team or constant bombarding of phone calls) to the absolutely brilliant, considerate fitting team. I ordered a composite door with composite doors 2 you and from start to finish they have been brilliant. Samantha in the office is amazing and helped me go through the designs, also dealing with payment and any queries I had. The price quoted was very competitive and the quality of my door is superb. The surveyor/fitter was prompt and professional, he didn't leave any mess. I'm really happy with my new door and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new door

We received a very smooth experience with choosing and purchasing our composite door. Matt was very helpful with helping us decide and offering his experience. Great front door. Well fitted. Looks very smart and feels secure. Firm were very helpful in answering any queries.

Firstly we are very pleased with our new door. The staff were efficient and helpful when we visited the factory. The door was fitted well and has transformed the hall.

We asked Mathew to come and quote us for a new composite front door. His knowledge of his trade is fantastic. He offered suggestions we hadn’t thought about, this enabled us to get a door that looked far better than we imagined. The door and its fixtures are fantastic quality. The fitter was great and very tidy. Sam is also amazing any questions we asked we quickly answered. We would highly recommend this company to everyone.

From our initial enquiries and online build we couldn't have been happier with the service and final fitting of our new front door, it looks absolutely fantastic.
I would recommend that potential customers visit the showroom in Telford just to get a feel for the company and the product, with so many colours, finishes and options to choose from its worth the trip.
It's very nice to be able to deal with the very helpful and friendly staff face to face, who answered all our questions and no pressure.
Communication was great, the fitters turned up on time on the day and were done, cleaned up and gone within 2 hours, brilliant.
Finally, with all the options, colours and finishes etc this was without question the best VFM I could find.

This company are first class in terms of customer service, product offered, value for money and end to end customer experience.

We were recommended to them by friends and neighbours and today, after choosing our door in January, having the survey later that month, we had our new front door installed today and we love it!

Aside from looking good, it makes the hall and adjacent lounge much warmer. It is more secure, and we really appreciate the contemporary style which goes with the decor and vibe of our home.

We think Matt, Sam and Brooke offer a great product for a competitive price, and we cannot recomend them highly enough. The fitters were superb too - real professionals.

Very efficient and tidy. The Door looks amazing and it was fitted before the original date. We had a Grey Composite Door with patterned glass in the middle, couldn’t have asked for better service. The price was in keeping with several other quotes we had and we chose Composite Doors 2 You because they helped with the design and gave us a quote straight away. Would recommend to anyone.
