Was very helpfull found the right wine through the help of wine company very good quialty wine to drink.

I had to call to cancel one of my subscription and Cameron was very helpful, understanding and very friendly. He explained the points system and future deals to look out for the in the future and sweetened my other ongoing subscriptions, which was greatly appreciated.

Rang today and spoke to Paul. Very helpful & thorough with my queries. Brilliant company to communicate with. Thank you!!

Julie was absolutely amazing over the phone when cancelling my subscription. She was extremely kind and let me know of all of the offers I was entitled to with my subscription. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone who has a taste for wines as the delivery was spot on and the customer service was top tier!

You say, Wine52, that cancellation can only be done by calling. There is a way to cancel online because I cancelled the order and I went through the process again with John from the rented space in London they occupy.
Having done some research - your registered address is in Edinburgh, you have operatives in London who rent spaces, you have a call centre in the Philippines. There are several companies affiliated to Wine52.
There is not a manager to speak with. On Trustpilot and online there are problems with cancelling your subscription.
You are a company which inhabits a spider web and when there is a problem there is no way to rectiy the issues because the spider web does not begin or end.
The reason your wines are undrinkable because you are a commercial enterprise who makes everything look glossy but the quality is very poor.
Once again, the reviews on Trustpilot which give your company a high score have been generated by your company.

Beers are absolutely great quality every time. Customer service is always friendly and clear, I've had no issues so far. Well deserved 5 stars!

There's always a good selection of wine in each box, and from countries you may not have considered buying wine from. And the art on the labels is always amazing

The 4 wine box comes with a booklet with information about the wines and where they're produced. A good verity and you can choose between white, red or a mixture of the two. I would also like to thank Cameron for all his help today, with his patience and understanding of my changed circumstances and changing the subscription to something I can afford.

Customer service right on point. Helpful and understanding for my reasons to cancel my subscription. The deliveries of my wine were in good time and when I wish to reinstate my subscription I’m sure there will be no issues. Happy customer!
