Your company is a complete fraud. I would advise anyone to stay away. My order never arrived, but what's worse is, I could never reach ANYONE to talk about this and rectify it.
*** Update: my order was finally delivered. I had disputed the credit card charge and eventually the company got in touch with an explanation of the delay. I was very happy to finally hear from someone and it all worked out in the end, but the experience still cost me way much more time and effort than it should have. I placed the order September 11 and it finally arrived end of October.

I ordered the wrong wine,sent 2 emails to please cancel the order,no reply from the company,then got an email after 10 days telling me that I had to pay import duty on the 12 bottles of wine,I sent an email to Wine House Portugal questioning this as I should not have to pay Import duty on 12 red wines,again no reply from the company,to this day I have not received any wine although the amount of the cost of 12 bottles was taken out of my account.
I am very disappointed with the lack of communication from Wine House Portugal and I would most certainly not recommend this company to anyone

Order was ok
Communication absolutely impossible, no response via chat, no phone call response, no email response, no updates on shipping, no tracking and the products took around 20 days to arrive.
I had bought the wines for a birthday party, which didn’t arrive on time so I had to buy more wines elsewhere.
