Love the dry meat & thanks to the staff in Puchong Branch. As after purchase online, I just assume I can collect on next day. (Actual collection should be on subsequent day). Since I’m already in the shop the staff still entertain by packing immediately for me to collect my order. Kudos for your good service. Thanks a lot.

I always buy the sliced bbq pork and chicken floss. They taste superb.

The service was very good and the bacon was fresh and delicious. Paper bags are also provided accordingly.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the lack of communication and poor service I have experienced with your company, Wing Heong.

Despite multiple attempts to contact Mr. Chin and Amy, the designated persons in charge, I have not received any response to my emails. This lack of communication has persisted since February 3, 2024, and continues until today.

I am deeply frustrated by the lack of professionalism and attention to customer inquiries. It is unacceptable that no effort has been made to acknowledge or address my concerns.

I expect better from a reputable company like Wing Heong, and the current level of service falls far below my expectations. As a valued customer, I deserve timely and respectful communication.

I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and provide a resolution to address the ongoing issues with communication and service quality.

I look forward to your prompt response and action to rectify this situation.

Wing Heong Imbi branch has been my go to shop fr bak kwa. This year instead I have been going to the Pensng branch. Quality and test is just as good.

Find the meat too oily and sweet.

I bought Wing Heong BBQ meat for the 1st time on 22nd Oct 2023. I like the fact that they have a good variety of BBQ Meat. I bought the sliced, minced and spicy pork as well as the chicken meat. They were all tasty and good and were individually packed. Also the prawn rolls were good. Fresh and crispy. The only downside is the meats are quite oily. Other than that I find the experience of buying meat at Wing Heong a good experience and will return again.
