I had a disappointing experience with the hiring process for a customer support role at Wipro. The offered salary for a full-time position was only around ₹12,000, while the expectations included excellent English communication, accent requirements, and preference for local nearby candidates.

The workload and skill expectations did not feel fairly matched with the compensation being offered. The recruitment process also felt more focused on accent and location than actual capability and willingness to learn.

Many freshers apply with hope for career growth, but companies should provide fair pay, transparent hiring, and equal opportunities instead of unrealistic expectations for such low salaries. I hope the company improves its recruitment standards and employee compensation in the future.

Also poor management of walkin drive made made the situation even worse .

Hello everyone today I am writing about wipro audit I did. I really got seller location and all there was unique way of sending me to retailer my job was to verify shop is der or not so iknew work is going to hard so I thought what it the main point I studied and got uid unique we were given wisdom and then I walked or did the audit . I would like to share my experience with two Wipro products purchased online. The first was an electric kettle, which had some quality issues; despite this, I chose to keep it. The second was a WiFi-enabled smart plug, ordered from a well-known online platform. The initial unit was faulty right out of the sealed box, and while the replacement worked briefly for a week, it stopped functioning unexpectedly soon after.
I am deeply disappointed with the quality of these products from Wipro, a brand I had expected better from. I hope this feedback helps others make informed decisions and encourages the company to improve its product quality.

Destructive company, totally inhuman, with some really toxic people. I have never this before in my 40 year experience.

Wipro is a good firm to start your career with. It has opportunity with different kind of clients all across the globe. The work is also dynamic and varied in kind. The firm has a good employee friendly policies and culture.
However they could work on managing their project timelines better.
