Paid nearly £100 and no results yet received!!!!!
We are still waiting for the results we submitted on 17/2/26.
I have emailed and had reply.
We bought the wisdom DNA from pet's at home online, however we have heard nothing back a month later. Results are supposed to be sent back to us within 3 weeks.
Therefore I cannot recommend this product!!

Over complicated!
Honestly, apart from Sindy in the US, who’s been super helpful, this has been such a palava ☹️. I’ve now sent off my second sample, due to the first one having got lost.
The issue has been with your address label. The process is over complicated. My strong suggestion is that you need to stick the label on to the envelope which will make the process so much easier please.

I have been waiting for my test results…
I have been waiting for my test results for 4 weeks now.
And I think it's unfair that we have to down load the address now when you used to send out a sticker. We pay enough for the test and you are cutting back. I might look to go elsewhere after this I think that you are just being tight.

Lack of communication and annoying return process
My sample was received by their lab over 3 weeks ago and I’ve had no communication. It would also be great if they could include a preaddressed returns envelope that can just be dropped in a postbox rather than having to go to a post office to arrange postage.

Very informative report
Very informative report. I was a bit sceptical, having seen the breeds that make up my dog but behaviourally, the report was spot on. We got our results very quickly and they were quite comprehensive.
