its ok, but its a little laggy. but can you please make the datapack section for all datapacks, not just vinilla tweaks. and add crafting tweaks??!!

amazing server ive had for 2 months now for my friends to play cobblemon. fast replies with tickets and support, friendly staff and are happy to help. lots of ram and gbs for map/file storage for decent pricing. 100% uptime

Zach K. was very attentive to my issues and was quick to respond with the right information and attitude. I was getting frustrated with the issues I was experiencing and with Zach's guidance and clear direction, I was able to get the server and instances properly setup. I'm still working on issues with mods but I have full faith and confidence that the WiseHosting support team will be able to help me out.

The person who assisted me (Rainer T.) was absolutely amazing. He is very kind and understanding, and made my refund process smooth and quick. 10/10, please consider making him staff of the week, or is you dont have that, make it just for Rainer.

I had a server for a bit, and the set up is easy. The home page can be a little counter-intuitive at times, but it's all pretty straight forward. I had some connectivity issues and support did an amazing job to help fix the problem. Would ABSOLUTELY reccomend to anyone looking to host a server.

We are very satisfied with this Minecraft portal and we really enjoy using it. For us, who don’t fully understand all the technical things, it’s a huge advantage that we can always rely on them. Whenever we have a problem or don’t know what to do, they are always willing to help and fix everything.

We really appreciate how quickly they respond and how they always try to find a solution as fast as possible.

Some of them even have a great sense of humor, which makes us laugh a lot. It sometimes feels more like talking to friends than just support. Everyone there has their own personality, but overall the atmosphere is always great and friendly.

Another big plus is that everything works smoothly. We don’t have to deal with anything complicated – we just start the game and everything runs perfectly. The world doesn’t lag, we don’t have any problems, and everything just works as it should.

Thanks to them, we can enjoy our Minecraft world without stress or unnecessary complications. The communication is friendly, but also professional, which we value a lot.

I'm waiting for this for so long

Long story short, my server did not autorenew, leading to my entire server being closed and then deleted. I figured that was that, and honestly, I was raging. I filled out a ticket mostly to rant about this absolute nonsense, only for the staff member to actually still have my server information. He rebooted the entire thing in like five minutes with no hassle. Unbelievable customer service; cannot be happier.

WiseHosting, so far, has given me stellar support. Zach saved my sanity a couple nights ago, lol. I also love the fact that Wisehosting backups are useful, unlike another host I used recently. I am very satisfied with WiseHosting.

I created a modded Minecraft server for some friends and me to play on. When we started the world, we ran into a problem: we couldn't jump in the world we created.
I opened a support ticket on the server's website to report the problem, and after doing so, I started investigating whether I could solve it myself. I had to restart the world to see if that would work, and it worked! IT WORKED!!!!
