Managed to get back my server after few months of stopping with the help of the great customer service responding within a minute.
the prices are fair, the ping is low, no hiccups or anything, the layout for server customization is great and encourages tinkering making everything seamless. been a customer for more than a year definitely recommend!

I got this not long ago and the support is incredible. I have opened a few tickets on different days and times and they always got back to me in under 10 minutes(more like under 5 but still). Also the dashboard is amazing. Really easy to traverse and use. 10/10

Believe me I've had lots of Minecraft server hosts over the years. When I say this provider has the best support I mean it. They will help you down to any level. When I submit a ticket I get a ding 5 to 10 minutes later and the support is that good. Also a huge thing here is this has to be the best panel I have ever used. Great navigation and I have always had to use a FTP client for YEARS. I still do but I find myself using the browser based FTP more and more because it works that well. I hope this host keeps up the exact level of service. It may be more pricy than others but WiseHosting has made server ownership a breeze for me.

i spoke with Rainer T from the support team, they replied quickly, respectfully, and fixed every problem i had way faster than any other service. im not great with computers, but Rainer T worked around that to provide excellent support. all around a great service :)
