I paid £35 for a projector for Halloween/Christmas and it was meant to be delivered before Halloween. I never received it and tryed several times to ask for my package and all they say is its been delivered but I have had nothing from them. Now they won't tell me what's happening or even give me the money back. Worst place to buy from.

I wish I could give them a zero. I bought a 50 pair shoe rack that has like 1 million pieces and poor directions. I sent them an email asking them to initiate a return. They sent me an email back asking me to try to put the shoe rack together. How dare you try to force a consumer to keep something that they don't want because of the poor quality of it?

Ordered a cellphone ring stand from them thru Wal-Mart. Not sure when it happened, but the local post office thought I moved and was returning all my mail and packages, including this one. I contacted the USPS, who still had my correct address on file. I then contacted Wishbuy. They were very helpful and sent out a replacement, which I received ahead of the delivery date. A very good company, at least for me.

Bought a luggage rack for cars!!! It said Waterproof!!!! NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYTHING in there was Soaking Wet!!! When our car broke down in Atlanta!!!!!😕😕😕

Bought a laptop battery. Poor description, was a different shape to original & did not function correctly. This company is based in China & buyer is responsible for return postage even if goods are faulty. The "FREE" POSTAGE" at delivery is just added into the cost substandard goods making you think you are getting original items due to cost. There was no mention that the item was being shipped from China. Took ages to arrive. Basically overpriced rubbish. Would not provide refund unless I returned it tracked to China which would cost more than the refund. They have circumvented normal fair selling regulations in their terms and conditions. Beware.
