time wasters,dont accept official…

time wasters,dont accept official documents and tell you to do verification steps with other type of id passport etc......do not recomend at all.

We are sorry to hear about the situation that you have faced. Unfortunately, as a regulated financial institution, we must comply with certain regulations imposed on us.
The fact is, that certain ID types cannot be accepted as valid documents for registering with a financial institution (we don't know your specific case since you haven't shared any details, but it is likely that you've tried to pass the remote ID verification with the old type ID card, issued in Greece). There are certain types of personal identification documents that can be easily forged, therefore, to ensure the safety and security of all the users' accounts as well as our system, we have to request an alternative document (like a passport).
We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.

I have had my personal account placed "under review" due to money going in there from myself over a period of time...

I use the account for exactly what it's intended for and they have asked for my tax declaration although the money that's sent there is from a cryptocurrency exchange as they've seen time and time again...

The account is in my name...

They're now telling me the review will take 10-12 business days...

I've got just over 13.000€ in there and now worried that they'll keep it as there is no communication anymore from Wittix.

Excellent support & ergonomic solution

I was looking for a partner with good support and by reading the comments and different opinions on Wittix, I tried the experience. Indeed, the support was very responsive and relevant, I was able to open an account quickly with an intelligent procedure. I also really appreciated the ergonomics of the site and the member's area which made the final experience more efficient than most other online banking solutions. I hope that this will continue to be the case for many, many years of collaboration.

First class service

New dynamic financial service that has reply all my questions since day 1 ! Very helpful , very efficient & very clear . All what I Had try to found since very long regarding a real Bank partner .

Great live customer support

I registered a Wittix business account not expecting too much from it. But the reality overcame all my expectations: very responsible live support, nice and smooth interface, transparent and not overcomplicated procedure of account opening. Funds arrive quickly, no issues with long payments clearance.
And it’s very valuable that they have a live support available and you don’t have to wait ages while your email would be answered.
Support staff is really helpful and try to do their best in order to solve any issues ASAP.

In one word Amazing

I am marketing products on EBAY to the European audience and I have started a UK company. I was looking for a bank account through which I could get money from stripe, wittix was very nice to me and helped me in the registration process.I am very pleased with the service from the commitment, and also very pleased with the virtual credit card they issued me. It's really convenient that everything is in one place.

On recommendation I applied to Wittix…

On recommendation I applied to Wittix for a business borderless account as I’m a UK citizen who will also operate in Europe, namely Sweden due to my personal / family /business links. I applied with 2 other online banks with IBAN accounts and they are now open despite the fact that I’m currently on holiday, and took the opportunity to research some of the online business accounts Firstly I would like to say the customer service is very responsive and they are polite at Wittix. However After providing honest and detailed information over a period of a couple/ 3 days

During this ..they kept reiterating that they want to offer me an account. But what Transpired was far from what I was told, even under difficult circumstances.

Rather than wait for you to fail they need to be more supportive and understanding/ patient to new customers it’s imperative to any business that wants to continue to grow in our present climate.

I felt I was constantly being tripped up!!
