I had my first two scans with the women wellness clinic, they were amazing! It was there I found out I was not only have one baby but two! Such a shock but they were lovely, gave me all the information I would need to take with me to my NHS appointments, I would highly recommend to anyone for early scans!

I recommend Mr Raza and his extremely helpful PA Kat wholeheartedly. After a spate of previous bad experiences elsewhere they both took great care of me and helped me quickly resolve a long term problem which had become quite a worry. I only wish I'd found them sooner. A huge thank you.

Heartbreakingly disappointed.
I’m so sorry to have to write this review. I came to The Women’s Wellnes Clinic genuinely desperate for someone to help me, and I was so hopeful that I’d found the place. I am so very disappointed...
After having been bounced from my GP to various hospital testing facilities for almost 18 months, with no answers about my health issues (not even information on what the tests were for, never mind the results), I was so desperate for help that I literally walked into the clinic directly off the back of ANOTHER test at the hospital (delivered by an anti-vaxer, nonetheless) and burst into tears at reception. I must say the receptionist was incredibly kind to me (thank you, Andrea), and got me an appointment to see one of their “top” consultants within just a few days. In my desperation to get some actual answers (and wanting to make it as easy for the consultant as possible) I spent a week running around to various doctors myself, gathering my medical records to send to the clinic. I was so excited for my consultation (which I paid for out of my own pocket, as I am an independent contractor so have no health insurance).
Unfortunately, at the consultation (which also started 20 minutes late), the doctor didn’t ask me a single question about my issues. There was no “what are your concerns” or “how can we help” at all... She literally sat down, asked me my occupation and age and then started talking AT me about my condition, in very general terms. She admitted that she hadn’t reviewed any of my records (most of which - aside from a final test result - had been sent three days prior), and I had to interrupt her to ask her a few questions; only one of which she actually answered. And the answer was (I am paraphrasing) “Yes, your last result was concerning. You should probably get a biopsy done.” She told me that she would review my records properly after our meeting and send me a letter with some conclusions and next steps, but the letter never came. After two weeks and four phone calls (three of which went unreturned), I finally got the letter (and got to the bottom of the issue - the person who sent the letter misspelled my name in my email address).
The letter (which, ironically, finally arrived on the same day that my symptoms worsened so I called AGAIN to see where it was and discovered the email issue), was a complete joke. Not only was it obvious that she still hadn’t read my records, the letter gave me no further information (it just basically summarised all of the things that the doctor told me - things that I already knew and didn’t ask), and wasn’t even a suitable referral for follow-up tests. It gave no instructions for how to proceed, no recommendations or suggestions for follow-up; it said only “you probably want to go for a tissue sample/biopsy”, and tried to push me (as she had, rather firmly, during our consultation) to have a hormonal implant fitted... literally NOTHING to do with why I had come to see her, or with my current symptoms. I was crushed when I read it.
I have now, one month after going to the Wellness Clinic and with the same (rather worrying) symptoms, gone back to my GP, who isn’t a specialist, but at least seemed to care a tiny bit about what was happening to me. I am no closer to any answers, any information, or any peace of mind. I am, however, £250 and a lot of energy (and stress) poorer for the experience, and still completely clueless about what on earth is going on with me.
Again - I’m so sorry to have to write this (I am not generally one for writing bad reviews). I sincerely hope that my experience is a fluke. Nevertheless, I am heartbroken.

Expensive and careless
How would you review a place that can't seem to find your email to send you the product, but can find it to ask you for a review?
They charged me for an exam I never did, and later promised to refund me ( they didn't).
They prescribed to my wife the wrong medicine, after sitting on top of her results for days without contact.
Really expensive place that is definitely not worth it.

Very expensive place and low service quality.
Exams results expected for Tusday didn't arrive until Friday.
Had an urinary infection and the doctor didn't contact me in time... plus provided prescriptions for wrong medicine. Bad in all possible senses. I don't recommend at all...

Fantastic service and turnaround times
I recently required a small procedure, which was carried out within a week of my initial consultation. Very professional, understanding to my needs to get it carried out quickly. Kat and the team were so efficient. I highly recommend them.
Very professional and supportive
Very professional and supportive. I felt I was in good hands all the time. Always prompt and efficient. Highly recommended
Regular pregnancy scans
I have had my regular pregnancy scans here whilst being a patient of the Kensington Wing. Always efficient, on time and great service. Thank you.
Dr Amer Raza gave me my life back
Dr Amer Raza gave me my life back. He was utterly respectful, kind and treated me with consideration and listened. Properly listened. We were able to work together to get the treatment I needed. In hospital, I saw him each day before and after the operation - I never felt abandoned or in the dark. I was given hope for the future and that future is now with me now 8 months after my operation.
I highly recommend Dr Raza and Womens' Wellness Centre. Admin staff were excellent - always in communication and again treated me with utter respect.
Thank you, Dr Raza and Womens' Wellness Centre.
Nice and friendly staff but pricey
Nice and friendly staff. The service you receive is ok but quite pricey for what it is.
Great experience
I had a great experience with the WW Centre, great staff and facilities. Dr. Raza was my doctor and I can say that having someone I trust for the birth of my second child made lots of difference for me. He is an excellent consultant. I’m happy to have chosen him and the WWC
Fantastic Service
Fantastic Service ever time. Great customer service too!
Poor experience
I had a poor experience on my last visit. The clinic asked for 3 different amounts for the service I booked - one when I booked over the phone, another when I finished my appointment and another a few days later when I questioned why the price kept changing. Different people gave different answers and it was only because I questioned it that I didn’t end up paying £200 over what I should have. My appointment was also 25 minutes late which I don’t think is what you expect for a private service. A shame as my previous pregnancy experience there was largely positive.
Excellent clinic for all woman’s health
Great clinic for an extra piece of mind. Had my pregnancy led here and can’t recommend it enough. The centre has the latest scan machines, which come very useful at early and later stages of pregnancy.
