The VoxDo product is how I came to know about this company. It was working great, but then started to fail. I sent an email letting them know what was happening. Unfortunatly the software did not work for my particular model phone (Google Pixel 6a) and was not designed for it; I did not know this before purchasing. This company followed their promise of a guarantee and gave me a full refund without any hassles.

Points to highlight:
- respond quickly to the issue
- give few solutions available for the issue raise (at least there are options)
- did not request too much things to solve the issue (i.e. not cumbersome / tedious procedure in dealing technical issue)
Best would be: Getting 80% refund option since the issue was within the program itself and no available workaround for it (as mentioned by WooTechy themselves), besides other features of the application not functioning as well due to same technical issue.
Regardless, this 5-star was given also because Teresa approached me in a quick manner and respond politely, which was extremely helpful for me although it would be better if she asked me about if other features can be used or not and at least provide me another option (probably not 100% refund since I don't think it's possible but at a reasonable amount since the whole app not functioning at all)
