OK product, SHADY company

The voice cloning product is kinda ok but this company has some straight-up shady tactics. I purchased a subscription on August 17, and they took my credits. I disputed it and they sent it back. I did not use it and left all 18000 credits, ONE MONTH later I returned to finish my project, ONLY 2000 credits remained.
How come?

SCAM!

I searched for software to recover a password to my Excel book
Wootechy ad promised to recover the password
I have install the software, paid 25 USD

The recovery process stops after less than 1 second
No result. So ad is to say the least misleading
I tried a very simple test - another XLSX file with a VERY simple one-word dictionary password
It could not open it as well

So as it was said before - Wootechy iCrowbar is A SCAM and a totally impotent piece of code

Have sent 3 messages to the support. Expecting the full refund, as it seems to be the only option in other multiple negative cases listed here on Trustpilot

SCAM Software - Does not work

SCAM SCAM SCAM
I paid for the software, I can see why the trial version will not allow 1 sample. The software does not work, I tested it on a simple Excel spreadsheet with a 6 character word as the password and this FALSE advertised password recovery tool waited 2 seconds and said can not retrieve, that is a fast conclusion for a Brute force process. Utter rubbish, now I am trying to get a refund as product is not as described and they are keeping the money.

UPDATE: after multiple emails and sending the file which they could not recover the password to, they have agreed to a full refund.

Hello,

Excellent customer care

initially I had issues with the software as it was failing to transfer my data. I contacted customer support and they asked me a couple of questions to which I replied. Yesterday all my data was transferred without a problem. I have to thank Teresa for her excellent customer support which brought a smile on my face.

FALSE ADVERTISING that Unavailable…

FALSE ADVERTISING that Unavailable iPhone gets fixed WITHOUT LOSING DATA -> ALL LOST!

PAID FOR NOTHING. I DID NOT NEED WooTechy to Restore my iPhone with LOST DATA, there are many other ways to do this. I have asked for a REFUND and also it is NOT clear how to stop the next charging.

UPDATE: your RESPONSE was ALSO UNACCEPTABLE, you claim I used Advanced Mode (ONLY OPTION GIVEN IN-APP FOR THE PROBLEM) WHEREAS YOU FALSELY ADVERTISE THE 'STANDARD MODE' ... WHICH WAS N O T AN OPTION FOR THE PARTICULAR PROBLEM). You are avoiding responsibility and I REPEAT, YOU ARE FALSELY ADVERTISING - PEOPLE STAY AWAY !!

Five Star Tech Support

A rather unusual technical issue was attended to immediatley after we reported it to customer service. Once the root cause of the issue was defined and a resolution was not immediatly available. Miss Teresa offered several options as a work around including a refund.

Coco was great and the app works perfectly

This is an updated rating.
I wanted to use the application once and paid the one-month fee. It worked as it was supposed to which was great, but I had not noticed the smaller print indicating that this was going to be a subscription which would renew monthly. After a month I was charged for a second month, which I objected to, noting that I had no interest in ongoing use. Coco was ultimately able to reverse and cancel the ongoing charges, for which I am most appreciative.

wootechy icrowbar ???

I found the top-rated wootechy icrowbar on searching apps to unlock my XLS file which its password was forgotten. But after trying all the unlock methods provided, it can't solve the problem even take weeks of processing. Yet the R&D team also could not unlock the XLS files.

Thanks a lot to Haylee - the tech support specialist - on helping refund my purchase.

Hope wootechy makes a big improvements on icrowbar to solve the problem.

Even after un-installing wootechy icrowbar, the antivirus reported it found PUA:Win32/Vigua.A (status active) in file RPCracker.dll under program files - woothecy icrowbar folder.

WhatsMover - false advertising

WhatsMover: Needed an alternative to back up WhatsApp and this is supposed to offer a free trial. So I downloaded it for Android and there is NO feature available for trial, only one and that's for iOS. The only way to try anything is to buy it (if you use an android) False advertisement
