I paid for the manual and when I clicked on the download link, it took me to a "File not found" error. I tried it several times from my computer and once from my phone and now it says I have exceeded the download limit and sends me back to pay for it again. I messaged the tech support and hopefully I hear back. Was hoping to get started on the repairs today.

Reached out for support through their chat bot on their webpage, this doesn't work, as i am told they did not receive any emails.....strange. I could send an email via the purchase conformation email i received from workshopmanuals after payment was received, this was only contact available to me, so i did and I was sent a new set off instructions to follow by workshopmanuals and finally it worked, their manual is very comprehensive and is a good buy. I had problems with the VM of my mercedes manual. I reached out to workshopmanual for help. David quickly replied and helped me with issues and instructions. He was very helpful and answered my further mails in just minutes. Amazing customer service. Now my VM manual is working properly.

Like others who have taken time to write reviews, I was very impressed with the support I received from the Team (particularly David) who were all very understanding and at the same time very patient when I hit some issues.
The end product is very much worth it as it provides everything I need to sort a couple of issues I have with my car at a great price.

I can recommend them as 100% legit, David was very patient with me while trying to install the manual. He answered each e-mail I sent without fail. It works perfectly and exactly what i needed.

Great legit thing and useful, had download error to begin with but after contacting support I got new link to download manual. Don't hesitate to contact support if problem occurs. 👍👌

Bought a guide today for a Vauxhall Tigra and had a slight issue installing the software, after a quick email to the contact email address David replied within the hour and fixed the issue for me. 5/5 stars, will use again, excellent service!

Download link to manual worked fine and VM spun up without issue. Had to contact customer support once as I forgot my login info, and they helped out immediately.

After a rather bad start with download problems, David the technical contact at the site came back to me with a very apologetic email, and sent a link to download the files successfully.

Unfortunately for me the program did not list my car only the early model, however I will go back to them by email to see what they can do.

I have since purchased another manual for a different manufacture and that was seamless, David was very helpful.

Highly recommended. If you have a problem they will get back to you, give them time.

First download of a Citroen manual didn't work. The archives were damaged. Then a new archive worked excellent! They sent me the good link in quick response!

I had a serious amount of errors from the start and I got rid of some but nothing cured my patience level better than The Man The Myth The Master David to the rescue. Any error image (a picture is a 1000 words) I sent him he knew exactly what steps to take next... Wish more Super sharp folks, like David, existed in the world...

I regret to say that I have to give this product 1 star. Only purchased the product yesterday 12/12/24 and had immense difficulty trying to download the manual. Eventually, all I was able to download was the diagnostics section and for a 1993 Vauxhall, it really wasn't what I was looking for. Went back to the email today 13/12/24 and attempted to download the actual manual and it told me it had expired and redirected me to the site and offered the same thing again for another £9.95, which I'd already purchased.
Very, very disappointing!!!

Very quick customer service and nice product

There were some difficulties with the download link initially, but the support was quick to reply and provide me with a working link. Other people here seem to have experienced something similar, I dont know whether it is done intentionally this way or if there are some long term problems with their IT. But other than that the vm worked wonderfully, and I was very happy to finally, after many hours of searching, find manuals for my car

Honestly a great experience from David, very helpful and quick to respond. Even provided support for software I bought a year ago when I changed my PC and helped get pdfs to me quickly. I'm honestly impressed with how fast they fixed my virtual machine.

There is a counterfeit website called Downloadworkshopmanuals.org. it's a scam. It's looks exactly like workshop manual.org. I have just been scammed till I realized the difference. Guyz be careful.

Workshop manual.org is good, have bought several manuals from them and they are always willing to help.

IRATE that I fell for this!! It is a total scam!!!
I got charged immediately, then got a simple receipt email, then a "download" link email that took me back to their site and then gives me an ERROR message that I've exceeded # of downloads!! Complete SCAM.
Then I wrote one reply email and "David" replies with a new link that I will not click because it is for a different site/address, so cannot be trusted. total scam...
IF by chance I'm wrong, I'll remove/edit this post later...

The year was supposed to be until 2021, but it was 2012. Mine is an Opel Movano 2016. Not quite an honest job. There is no PDF, you have to install VirtualBox. I don't recommend it. I got scammed. I sent a message about it.
