The dedication of these people is unrivalled. Due to hardware issues with my laptop, remote installation was not straightforward by any means but they stuck with it, found a solution and implemented that solution. All for the same cost as a straightforward installation. I couldn't be happier with the service I've received, nothing short of brilliant.

I paid 19NZD for a workshop manual, what we received is an email with a VIDA zip folder to download. It created a virtual hard-drive on our computer and then dowloaded a weird ancient program, that is very cumbersome to use. No clear menu structure, no forward or back buttons, a real pain. What is worse, that most of the real instructions are missing. It is by far not the whole workshop manual, only a few pages out of it, uploaded to some ancient, really not user-friendly program. Asked for help, got turned away very rudely, stating, that only SOME of their workshop manuals come as PDFs. Not recommended at all, the few pages I can access through this horrible program could be downloaded elsewhere for free. If you are after proper workshop manual, where all processes with all the steps and components are exactly shown and described - DO NOT BUY into this scam.

I was getting mad until David appears, and then it was magic 6 stars for David !

The files downloaded quickly and the instructions for setting up the manual were clear. Unfortunately, I had a problem unzipping the files but when I emailed David about the problem and sent him a screenshot of the download, he immediately emailed back (at the week-end) telling me that I had to remove the file download number in brackets which my computer had added. Once I did this, everything worked perfectly and the programme is just what I needed.
I cannot fault the manual nor the help I was given and the speed at which I received it. Thank you, David.

I had difficulties setting up the program on my Laptop PC and so I reached out via email for help. David emailed back with directions, and while I had further problems, David reviewed what I had done and even supplied a video on how to change authorization on the application. Brilliant - so helpful.

The support given by David is world class, ever so patient and the instructions were simple and to the point.

Like many other reviewers, I paid for a service manual for one car, a Citroen C1, but was sent 3 other manuals instead, one for a Peugeot 108, one for a Peugeot 308 and one for a Volkswagen Polo!

I say 'manuals' but they are really just zipped folders of assorted PDF files with no index, and far from complete.

Support to do the installation was great with prompt response and the application also works well.

In the beginning I had issues with starting the manual’s image because of my faulty OS, but David was there helping me when I needed it. Manual worked well after install. After a period of time license expired, contacted support, new license in hand within a few hours. Great support.

Used the manual a few times to dig out parts for my local Merc dealer. So much easier when you can send them the actual part number off a parts diagram.

Sadly in the original File there was the Part regarding the facelift version missing.
I sent an email and got all the files needed immediately.

Initially I was extremely irritated with everything but then I talked to David and he went above and beyond to help me get everything setup on my computer. It took a few days because of the time difference being 8 hours but he was even willing to work late to make sure it was good and that I understood everything. This company is amazing but if you do run into issues just ask. They will totally help.

Briefly, the process of downloading and installing the program on my laptop was straightforward. I had a couple of questions that were promptly answered in a chat room and all-in-all a good experience and worth £9-ish.
