Total Scam. I paid for 2017-22 BMW 5 series and got 93-95 3 series. They won't respond to emails. They should be shutdown and fined.

I searched forever looking for a manual for my car and found these people. Purchase and payment was as expected, faultless, however, the manual was supposed to be a pdf but turned out to web based and doesn’t event work, on any platform or browser. No communications are answered so there is nowhere else to go. Avoid these worthless charlatans at all cost and save yourself time and money. It’s a shame you can’t select a 0 rating because that all these muppets are worth.

I got contacted by the company as a result of trustpilot and they did offer some help, one was a regurgitation of the old help and one was a Spanish language video. The product is still worthless and you should still avoid them at all costs, however, they did offer a refund and it actually arrived…..so trustpilot to the rescue.

I could not get the product to work but have been getting good support from Workshopmanual. Unfortunately, my limited IT experience hasn’t made this easy for support staff. Work in progress.

Needed a little help with install but support is good and the sections of the manual I’ve used already are comprehensive (Mercedes S Class W221)

Total waste of time and money. The Fiat 500 workshop manual turned out to be a few pages of useless information with all important technical data missing. Complete waste of time and money. Order #39384

Easy transaction I paid and got the manual fast. This is much better than the free owner’s manual I found online. Its PACKED with diagrams that makes it so easy.

Useless. I received 4 links: A manual in 3 parts and an Install Guide. One of the links is broken and give a file not found error. The install guide is an executable that won't work. Customer service is non existent - no one answers email, phone goes straight to voicemail and the webchat is unmanned. I have sent emails, left messages on phone and on webchat but no reply

Quick to download. Easy payment. But the most important I had problems with the installation/use. I sent an email for help. I got a very quick response with the solution. After that all worked well. And the manual is exact what I needed.

I ordered a manual. They sent me a manual with zip7 & Oracle which I had never used before. I sent them an email explaining my issues and that I required help. Tech got back to me a day or so later, he said he could send a PDF. Never heard back for about 5 days. I enquired again, the same tech asked me to check my junk email. I checked for a document and advised him I received nothing. He asked for my order number again and then replied by telling me off stating that I received “Elsawin,” downloaded it, did not order a PDF, and told me I was using a different email than that of the one I made my purchase on. Oh, and that I had just wasted his time. To date I have not received a reply to my last email, and I will not get a reply. It took less than a minute for them to take my cash, and to be fair they did send me a file (which I was unable to utilize) and when I asked I for assistance, they ignored me. At no time was it explained to me that I could have purchased a PDF file. They obviously do not know the meaning of “customer service.” I will in future deal with a company in the USA!

Having paid the £9.99 to download a manual I got instructions about getting 7zip unzipping software, extracting 30 files in 3 folders and then using Windows Virtualbox software followed by more instructions including "Click on the created Elsawin from the left side Click on Settings, System, Processor, Click to tick the box to Enable
PAE/NX, OK".

Unfortunately I use Linux software so this wouldn't work. I sent a message straight away asking for a refund, but that was a few days ago and I've heard nothing.

This has been a complete waste of time and money.

Ten days ago I bought Renault Trafic workshop manual advertised as below:

It was only after I had paid for it and downloaded it that I could see it only covered vans from 2001-2014. I emailed them asking for the correct manual (my van is 2000) but they didn't reply, acknowledge my concern or offer a refund.

Really bad customer service and I won't use them again.

I bought Audi A5 manual.

I am very unsatisfied with a purchase I made. No information were provided that it will take 5 hours, to download, to install it. No info That it'll need 70 GB of free disk and that I will be forced to use virtual machine to use this manual. I hate using VM's.

I will never deal with this company again.

SCAM - paid for manual, no download link and no response

I think this is the workshopmanuals page I had bad luck with. If not, oh vey, all you free manuals companies can take the hit for overpromising and deliverying mostly spam and RANDOM PAGES no manual here at all, just random pages

FRAUD. They provided a link to 32 GigaBytes of rar files. I bought a repair manual for a single mercedes model. Obviously the download link expired before I even had the necessary time to download it.

I found them on Google and im so glad I did.. I got manuals for both my cars and they are much more in detail verses a manual you would get at the parts store.. I recommend them. 5 Stars

TOTALLY FRAUD. they send me bunch of HTML and no PDF as they advertise. never respond emails and never online!

I bought and paid for a jaguar manual at 10 Pounds which equals R200 in south africa, I have a receipt from workshopmanuals.org for the payment and received confirmation emails of payment, but now after 4 day there has been no download link provided, they fail to reply to my email requests for answers.
