A Good Product , But asked for invoice to
be sent or emailed three times but has not happened.
so question back up service.

I was looking for a replacement blade for my Felco 13 secateurs. It was tagged as 'in stock' on worldoffelco website. I called to double check and someone quickly answered and confirmed that it was available. Ordered online and received it the next day at no postage cost. Very good service.

Item- a sharpener- arrived quickly, was reasonably prices and safely packaged. An easy company to deal with.

Received new springs and blade. Easy to fit and works well.

Easy to order, good communication on delivery status and delivered on time.

I had a truly disappointing experience with World of Felco and cannot recommend them. My wife purchased a pair of Felco secateurs that turned out to be faulty, but instead of standing by their products and offering a straightforward resolution, the company refused to take responsibility.

Despite clear evidence that the item was defective and well within the warranty period, they blamed “misuse” rather than acknowledging the issue. Their customer service was dismissive and condescending, even providing a video on “how to use” the product properly—insinuating that an RHS gardening student didn’t know how to use secateurs!

After multiple attempts to seek a fair resolution, including going through the credit card company, we were left with no refund, no replacement, and a complete lack of accountability from World of Felco. Their refusal to cooperate speaks volumes about their approach to customer service.

If you’re considering purchasing from them, be warned—if you ever have an issue, don’t expect them to help. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for a company that actually values its customers and stands behind the products they sell.

Sent a couple of pairs back for a service as they’d had a hard life. Came back as good as new. Amazing work.

Useless company, needed a replacement screw for a pair of Felco secateurs, no help at all. They don’t do it and can’t help was the helpful response.

I’ve ordered from this company before.
They were fine if you’re in no rush.
I therefore paid for next day delivery which they offer. 2 days later I received an email to say one of the items was currently unavailable, would I like to still have the other items sent out? I emailed to question the next day delivery promise. I then received a phone call to confirm nothing had been sent out as yet. No apology, his actual words were “ no worries “ when I said I wished to cancel altogether.! This was supposedly a birthday gift which obviously never materialised. What’s the point of offering next day delivery with no intention of fulfilling?

Perfect Service! I called for advice and got through immediately and the person on the other end was most knowledgeable and said if I ordered soon, I would probably have my order the next day… Saturday? Well, can’t say I was hopeful especially when I got to check out and the free delivery was 3 days or so, and next day was at an additional cost… well, I didn’t pay the additional cost for next day, but lo and behold, my secateurs arrived Saturday morning first thing! Wow! And the price was £5 cheaper than Amazon…

I have no issues with the quality of Felco, my issue is with the World of Felco website stock levels, where I ordered in stock secateurs, sharpener and holster only to find out the next day that the holster was out of stock.

I bought a pair of Felco secateurs from World of Felco for a friend as a 50th birthday gift. The item arrived in extremely damaged packaging. When we buy online, we all trust the online company to deliver an item which we would be happy to buy in a high street shop. Nobody would have bought such a damaged item in a shop. However, World of Felco refused to take responsibility. They saw no issue with me gifting the item. I was disappointed with the poor customer service and will not use this company again.

Product arrived faulty, didn’t reply to emails, didn’t answer the phone. I had to contact Felco head office to get things moving. Then they emailed a return shipping label that didn’t work. Hopeless!

My mum needed some new secateurs. Having done some research Felco seemed to be the best brand for her needs (and in fact it was also the pair she was replacing after 20 years). World of Felco had a brilliant video explaining the four main Felco options. I shared this with mum and she decided on the lightest of the four (model 6 compact) as she has small hands. I decided to buy a sharpener too to see if we could try and resuscitate her old pair as a back-up. [They also have a great 'how to sharpen' video which gave me a bit of confidence]

Not only did World of Felco offer the best price on the compact 6 but they also offered free delivery (3 days). They actually arrived the next day which was amazing.

I found mum working in the garden this morning and handled over the new pair. She spent the next 5 minutes cutting everything down and saying 'wow'!!!

Ordered some secateurs after 15:30 they arrived next day by 13:00.. not often you get that kind of service. Thank you and the secateurs are great too.

Felco secateurs are the best. This seller is not.
Ordered and paid for next day delivery only to be told 2 days later that they were out of stock and wouldn't be available for 3/4 weeks.
Why didn't the online order process reflect this instead of quickly taking money? Complete waste of my time.

I ordered a significant amount of secateurs and holsters. The quality is superb and the delivery was next day, brillant service especially as its the Christmas period...thank you!

I own numerous Felco secateurs, loppers, saws and sharpening tools being a gardener and absolutely love the quality materials and function.
However recently I’ve noticed a number of items on the website marked “made in China” this is unwelcome news and a bit depressing really.
I value quality and am happy to pay for it.

We bought some secateurs from World of Felco six months ago. The tip of a blade broke off after some light pruning . I claimed on the guarantee but they would not accept that this was not misuse and totally refused to honour their guarantee.They offered to ask Felco if they would replace the broken blade !
Dreadful customer service for a £40 pair of secateurs. We were made to feel that we were trying to replace some old secateurs.
Will not be dealing with this company again !
