Ordered two gift packs and a sundry item on Monday morning, they arrived excellently packed before Tuesday lunchtime !Even the courier was friendly! Superb service. Excellent price .Highly RECOMMENDED.

I ordered goods Monday and they came this morning. Driver was very good and helpful and had protective covering and kept his distance. When ordering the staff were very helpful and polite. Would certainly recommend them to my friends.

I noticed that the World Of Felco website were recommending a repair service through a company called Burton McCall with a repair period of up to 28 days. I sent off my secateurs as instructed. After hearing nothing for a week, I telephoned and was told that the repair period was now 60 days. I spoke to World Of Felco who said that Burton McCall had not told them of the change but that they would now update their website. Dreadful service from two companies that couldn't be bothered to talk to each other. Had I known that the repair period was 60 days, I wouldn't have bothered as I will not get them back until mid-November.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a boxed set of gloves and secateurs as a gift and it came so badly packaged that the box was destroyed, spoiling the presentation of the gift I wanted to give. I sent an email with photos of the damage (which took energy and time I really don't have to spare!!) and received a thoroughly unhelpful reply. They considered the presentation box to be a substitute for proper packaging: "We do not expect our packages to be mishandled during transit and find this packaging suitable to protect the items". The item should have been packaged in a stronger, card mailing box to protect the product. It arrived looking like absolute rubbish from a sale bin or something. I asked for a partial refund and they have refused. I will be complaining to Felco about this re-seller and would advise anyone to avoid this website and its parent company, World of Gardens.

I always use Felco. They are a great Company and it's so nice to have tools with fully replaceable parts. Great products and great service!

Ordering was easy. Dispatch was as promised. But order was dispatched using Royal Mail with an expected delivery 2 - 3 working days. It is now 7 working days and I still await delivery. Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class mail cannot be traced, unless it has tracking number attached or needs a signature.
Contacting World of Felco resulted in being told to give it 3 weeks to see if it arrived. They would then resend another.
As this order was for a birthday present, I have ordered another on a different company.
Suggest this company should review its dispatching policy.

I bought secateurs online from this company, thinking I was buying directly from Felco, who, as a professional gardener, I have always trusted as the best makers of secateurs. WORLD OF FELCO ARE NOT FELCO, but a garden centre who simply sell Felco products - their website is very deceptive. My new secateurs blades kept sticking, and so I called World of felco to ask for advice. The manager who dealt with my call was UTTERLY unhelpful, extremely patronising and rude. He wouldn't accept that there was a fault and told me to undo one of the screws. The screw would not budge. After 3 calls to this company to try and get a replacement, I gave up and called Felco themselves. They were, as one would expect, really helpful, and offered to mediate with World of Felco to organise an exchange. They said it wasn't the first complaint they had received and agreed the 'customer service' was unacceptable. Thanks to the staff at FELCO, I now have a perfect replacement. I would ALWAYS recommend Felco, but not from this company, whose customer service was shockingly and unacceptably bad.

Excellent service, ease of ordering and prompt dispatch. Item arrived within 24 hours. Cannot expect any more than that. Product exactly as described and at a very good price including delivery. 5 stars all round.Will definitely recommend this supplier and would use again.

Not used this company before, their customer service is excellent and prices are cheaper than for same items on ebay, the free postage was a bonus and my order arrived the next morning.

I've had a pair of Felco 2 secateurs for about 40 years, they are still going strong but I lost the spring, which is the only fault I have with these secateurs as it can 'pop out' easily. Ordered a pair on-line and were delivered 2 days later. Excellent service.

Felco products were recommended to me when I studied a horticulture course. I bought a pair of Felco secateurs and picking and trimming snip. They were delivered the next day, free of charge! I am delighted with both products and the excellent service.

Purchased Felco cutters. Usual top quality item from Felco. They may seem expensive, but their tools last years. My trusty secateurs have seen long service, and the occasional refurb has kept them in tip top condition. Probably actually saved me money over the years by not having to be replaced. The cutters look to be the same high quality. Very impressed with the speedy shipping too.
