I've had a quotation from this company
I've had a quotation from this company, and it was a lot more expensive than others for the same spec system, so I didn't go through. However, they have not stopped messaging me and receive messages pretty much everyday, although I've asked them to stop contacting me and sending me messages. Nothing happened still :(

Had my installation of 16 panels and…
Had my installation of 16 panels and Growatt inverter and battery today, boys arrived early and never stopped till job was completed. Done a great job of siting inverter and battery in attic and after downloading the app I was given a quick demo of how it all worked. Big thanks to all at WOS, would highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish
Write from the initial zoom call I felt at ease. There was no sales pitch. The quote was personalised to my property and my requirements,
On the day of installation the team arrived at 08:30 and worked until it was completed at 17:00. They were polite and friendly, always knocking or ringing the door bell to ask something. The explained what they needed to do in particular about the consumer board and how they would need to change things around to make it safe. They had to go out and get a few replacement tiles which the found at the 3rd place they tried, It's one of those things that a couple of tiles are likely to break especially on a new build like ours where newer tiles are very thin but they sorted out and replaced them. They explained the app and how it worked and suggested a different supplier to make better use of the cheaper overnight rates to charge the battery up. They cleaned up after themselves taking all the rubbish. Great service. Would highly recommend.

I found them a very professional company to deal with from survey to installation.
Only 4 stars due to some miscommunication after installation which led to some misunderstandings that could have been avoided.
I would recommend for solar installations especially Callum for his professional and honest advice

Overall Very Good
Very good communication. Had some issues around the Solar Panel availability prior to installation but these were resolved by World of Solar pretty quickly. Installed in a day, although cabling came down side of house, rather than via the roof, however, the panels are performing great - our electricity bill before installation (Nov 2022) was around £96; our electricity bill for Jan 2023 is £48.

The reason why we install cables down the side of the house, is to avoid any damage that may be caused if the cables were run inside of your home. This minimises any disruption that could be caused otherwise, ensuring a tidy and seamless finish.

My first dealings with World of Solar were with Simon Worboys. He was always very helpful and professional. He talked me through everything from design to installation and was always there to answer any of my questions.
Following the problem free installation, Milly became my contact and she was always there to answer any queries and supply the documentation to allow the return of power to the grid.

From the start of the process it was clear they know what they are talking about. It was reassuring to see the depth of planning during the early stages, which culminated in an un-pressured solution to my particular circumstances.

There are a lot of cowboys out there but not these guys. Stephen made the sales process easy and the installation team were beyond fantastic. Alex went above and beyond on the job to install the electrics as well. The system works beautifully and I'd be happy to recommend them.

Over all I had a good experience with…
Over all I had a good experience with World of Solar: Mike from sales was very professional and patiently answered every question. The scaffolding guys were very polite and did their work clean and efficient. Jamie and his team were great as well and did a fine job.
The system and installation had some technical issues but the company tried its best to resolve each of the issues and didn’t let go until everything was completed and the system was commissioned on the best side. I genuinely thinks it is a great company with a good attitude.

We`ve been very impressed with the brilliant World of Solar. Lizzy planned and explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. We never felt pushed into signing anything.
Once we decided to proceed dates were arranged and everything happened when I was told it would. The instal guys routed wiring neatly and tidy.The couple of issues we had were sorted promptly and without drama.
The progress calls were greatly appreciated and make you feel as if you are one of the family.It's been great to deal with this, top notch company.

Great company
I've been very impressed with World of Solar. The sales guy, Mike, explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured into signing anything, unlike with one of the other companies I got a quote from.
Once we decided to proceed dates were arranged and, despite the weather everything happened when I was told it would. The team of really nice guys who fitted the panels worked so hard and again kept me informed.
The follow up calls were appreciated and explained when all the paperwork would come through.
It's been a pleasure to deal with this, very busy, company.
