Feedback problem
Worldpackers is generally good. It's easy to reach and review hosts. However, many hosts don't respond and many aren't active. It's a waste of time. It's frustrating. And the age restriction is another problem. Many consider people over 45 to be trash. The number of host members is a bit low. In some of the countries I want to visit, there's either only one member or none at all. Thank you. Have a good day.

Waste of time and money, 'volunteers' are generally very cheap, lazy and disrespectful. Site doesn't even provide any kind of security measures (ID of visitors, etc).

Amazing options for experiences
Worldpackers has really helped me during my travels to find new experiences and given me places to stay when I was in a stuck financial position - I have been really lucky that all of my volunteering have been good but I really felt if I had any issues I have 24/7 support and help would be provided if and when needed.

Life changer
I really love this application just a little thing made me sad and its not worldpackers issue. I think i can say worldpackers almost changed my life. It was so hard for me to travel alone and even harder if wanted to do volunteering. And the reason was our culture in iran we hadn’t seen this before. 🚫⚠️Customer service is unavailable when there's a problem.
I have done several volunteers with Worldpackers and I had never had a problem. But now, on January 1 my host tells me that she mismanaged her schedule and that I have to leave because she has another volunteer outside the worldpackers arriving and that the hotel is full.
In a city where the hostels were about 80 dollars a night. In short, the very complicated situation, I had to change the city so much it was impossible for me to stay.
- ⚠️🚫And I sent messages to Worldpackers with screenshots of WhatsApp without any response from the support for 3 days!!!🚫
This is inadmissible, we pay a subscription, so obviously when everything is going well, it suits you but in this kind of situation, Worldpackers does not insure at all and will not be present to help you in an emergency.
I did not have any compensation or even an answer, it is unacceptable and not at all professional.
I have read their condition and that compensation is mandatory in a case like mine.

World Packers is wonderful for being a cheaper and efficient way to see the world! The support team has been helpful with the few issues I've had and has helped me travel as safely as possible, with the right hosts!
