I moved to worldpay earlier this year when I started my business. Phil Hargreaves helped me get setup with a till which was perfect for my business. It was quick and easy to setup and Phil was always on hand to help whenever I had any issues.

Our experience with Worldpay has been, without question, the worst we have ever had with any payment provider. The process of getting our Merchant Account approved took more than three months of KYC checks. After this, even when we were not processing any transactions, Worldpay continued to charge monthly fees, starting at around 25 pounds, then rising to 44, and nearly 66 pounds. During that time, they had every opportunity to tell us if our business supposedly no longer met their criteria or risk appetite. But they never said anything. Then the moment we actually started using the account and about 3,000 pounds came in, payouts were stopped. We were not informed in advance. We only found out when we asked where the payout was. Only then we were told that our business was outside their risk appetite. If we had been told this before processing transactions, we simply would not have used their service. Moreover, we were told the funds would be held for 120 days. This is completely unacceptable. If they no longer wanted to provide services to our business, they had months to tell us. Instead, we were allowed to start processing, then payouts were stopped. To make matters worse, we then encountered serious problems when trying to refund customers from those held funds. We requested a refund… It was shown as sent for settlement, but the customer was never refunded, and a chargeback was later raised for the same transaction. So our money was being held for 120 days, while at the same time, we were unable in practice to return those funds to customers. We have never experienced such poor treatment from any payments provider. We would never use Worldpay again

Disgusting company caused me severe psychology and emotional distress.
I ordered with Easypay and then cancelled in 4 days.
I got email confirmation from easypay saying I would get a QR code to scan from worldpay to get back their terminal. I got screenshot proof
Days later I got an email from worldpay saying they've set up a direct debit and when i called world pay they said they will not do anything I have to go to easypay even though I told them easypay had cancelled it their end. I've got screenshot of email amd I gave recording of the phone call.
I've had to call my bank several times to try to stop worldpay stealing my money.
Disgusting and corrupt company still trying to take my mo ey even after it was cancelled.
I gave the screenshot and recorded calls as evidence of all this and if they continue to trying to steal my money I will reporting them to the financial Ombudsman and FCA as well as making a small claim against them.
Just so we are clear. I replied to worldpay with my information and no one contacted me
