Very easy, good selection

I inquired about an item I ordered last year that seemed to no longer be available on the Worry Less website. I got a FAST reply the next day and was told they would custom-make my item. The reply was warm, personal and from a PERSON (not a "bot") and made me feel like a valued customer.

I was able to order the item, and it was promptly made and shipped to me in the US in time for holiday gift-giving. This online store still has a HUGE feel of "small-business" with all the little touches that matter and GREAT merchandise. Highly recommend shopping with Christie & Caroline - you will leave with something cute AND a smile!

Worry Less Design is a wonderful shop on Etsy. They are responsive and have the best customer service of any Etsy store. They have high quality merchandise at a reasonable price. When I had a minor problem, Christie resolved it quickly and without any hassle. I highly recommend Worry Less Design.

I had already purchased a blue sweatshirt (I kissed a dog). I got another as liked it so much and also purchased a pink one (Dogs before Dudes).

This is not my first purchase from Worry Less Design, so I might be bias but love theire stuff , great for runners (and runners families) . little fridge magnet this time for my wife which went around London supporting me at the TCS Marathon :-)

Great product and customer service. I contacted the company due to a small issue I identified with my order which I wanted to make them aware of so it didn’t happen to someone else. They responded the same day and as a gesture of good will they also provided an additional product. Something they absolutely didn’t have to do but was very much appreciated.

These are the best sweaters ever! Thick snuggly neck, covers up the bum, what more do you need!! This is my second purchase. After 2 years of constant wash and wear my othet is still going strong but I'm testing myself! I'd Christine and the team are lovely. Always a very personal touch and quick to respond to emails and questions.
