Customer service at it’s very best
I received a mug as a birthday present from a friend. The business card was in the box. Unfortunately after 2 weeks of use the mug cracked. I didn’t want to bother my friend, so sent an email directly, not expecting to get anywhere. They replied within a few hours asked for a photo of the mug and my address. I received a replacement within 3 days! Exceeded all my expectations, above and beyond customer service. I would 100% recommend this company.
