Very invasive and incredibly irritating app. I've never had any other app where it changes my settings without my permission over and over and over again.

I have my own PDF viewer and prefer other image viewers, I literally only want this software for their word processor and nothing else.
However, this garbage suite of an app will constantly and relentlessly change all documents to WPS. There is no setting within the app to prevent this. There is no way to only install what you need; it is a singular app. When you manually return the apps to your preference the app will undo your changes in about 1-2 weeks and you're back to their crappy software against your will.
Not a trustworthy piece of software. Do not install.

The program looks nice, but lacks basic features necessary for any serious writer; for example, it doesn't allow easy access to your personal templates, which can be pinned in Word and immediately there when you click "New." In WPS, you have to go to File Explorer and navigate to the file for the template you want.

There's no customer support of any kind - zero. So, once you've paid, if you find the program doesn't work for you, that's it - you can't get any help from WPS with it, and it's impossible to get a refund as there's no way to communicate with the company.

They took £45.99 on my card for an AI upgrade I did not want or ask for, and which I cancelled immediately on learning that they took the money. They are not giving it back.

They constantly spam in the apps and also with pop-ups in Windows even when you pay for a subscription.

found it totaly useless when away from home unable to write word doc ,keeps asking you to log in when you click on new doc ,just how am i suposed to do that with no internett acess in the field ?allways used to work when it was kingstone office

I used to love Kingsoft, and even WPS 16 however since they insist that from WPS 16 it will have AI included forget it. I detest AI I prefer to do things my way not AI way. They only now cater for the fans of AI so they have lost me for good. I would much rather pay £5 a month than use a free version of WPS with AI
WPS obviously doesn't care about customers as with them everyone has to have AI whether they like it or not.

Worst app ever! It keeps trying to force me me to pay for subscription one WPS Pro and seems to be withholding actions now because I won't subscribe to the Pro version.
Why on earth would I? when this one lets me down frequently. I won't be subscribing to your lousy app.

I just spent 2 hours on editing a file and when I try to save it just keep opening this spring sale window and asking me to buy the premium version because I was using the free version. It didn’t let me save the work at all and now my work is lost. Uninstalled straight away and not recommending to anyone ever again.

They lie about the pricing . $3.33 a month over two year. THEY charged my card $119.00 straight away then two days later took another $169.99

Dark patterns. Agressive (background) software installation, file take-over and hard to delete software. Their userbase must be people that are not tech savy and elderly that don't even realise they are using WPS. OpenOffice and LibreOffice are much, MUCH better alternatives. This company should just quit completely imho, completely unnecessary company. They don't add anything useful to society. If you have to push your software like this, you are obviously doing something very wrong.

SCAM! FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

I signed up for a subscription on [date], paying €19.99 until May. But just two days later, they automatically withdrew €54.99 from my account without my consent!

1️⃣ Misleading pricing – The conditions on their website are unclear and deceptive.
2️⃣ Unauthorized withdrawals – A shady tactic to rip off customers!
3️⃣ Non-existent customer support – I sent multiple emails to different addresses, but I always get a response saying the email "does not exist." Unbelievable!

I demand an immediate refund of my €54.99, or I will take further legal action. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Not great software and I cannot uninstall it. I uninstalled it from the programs part of control panel but it is still on my computer even though it doesn't show up as a program.

I signed up for a 7-day free trial as I needed a proper pdf reader/writer app and paid the amount of €35,99. Well before the end of the trial period I cancelled the trial, which was confirmed by WPS Office. Unfortunately, I received no refund and asked again after a few weeks via their web application, with reception confirmation. Again, nothing. After a few months I repeated my request. Now I received a reaction, signed with "Warm regards". A day later the message came starting with "Thanking you for your support" (?) and saying they cannot refund for some reason. In the end: they offer a PAID free trial.

I recently signed up for the 14-day free trial of WPS Office in order to sign a PDF document. However, after subscribing, I realized that I was still unable to sign the document. As a result, I canceled the subscription within an hour.

To my surprise, an amount of €79.99 was immediately charged to my credit card, despite the advertised free trial. I have already sent multiple emails but have not received any response.

I kindly request an immediate refund, as I canceled the subscription within the free trial period.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

Beware! This program is exteremely invasive and one can't remove it. Clearly, the positive reviews are fake! The program installed itself through Chinese antivirus (are we surprised?) and downloaded huge folder of file. Then it spread all over computer like a virus in Local, Roaming etc. It is very hard to remove. You can't remove it from Office, it overwrites all Excel, Word and even pdf files. Our company is preparing a lawsuit to bring them to court and pay damages.

This is an awful product! This stupid program let install itself through 360 Security without my permission. Now it takes almost 1 Gb of space. When I uninstalled it didn't show up anymore in the installed programs but it changed all associated MS Office files to this stupid WPS Office. Now I can't even remove it with external force deletion software. I removed the keys and everything but it still shows up. Worst experience which I didn't request and now can't remove!

So intrusive as took over everything and mega stubborn to be removed. Never again.

Over the decades I've used Excel, LibreOffice and Apache Calc. I started with Lotus 123, so I pretty much have done it all. I LOVE this spreadsheet. Takes some getting to use to as any spreadsheet does, but it's intuitive and easy to use, and very reliable. Ok, not as feature rich as other sheet apps, but it's got the meat of everything most home users need in the free version. I would though like to see them add the ability to enter a search function into a cell much like GoogleSheets (forgot to mention that above). In short a GREAT product and it's now all I use.
