Simple steps to take PCR test test
We were really happy with the way Joy helped us complete our required pcr tests this morning.
We had individual appointments booked but we were able to test as a family which saved us lots of time. Joy was very polite, professional and brightened our morning, to be honest I felt a little bit apprehensive about taking the test but it was quite simple and easy to do, Thanks Joy

Disappointing.
I had an appointment booked for a PCR test and received confirmation email of the appointment on the day. So when I arrived for my appointment I was told that they are no longer doing PCR testing and had not been for weeks. However I was not informed of this and I was booked on a flight less than 48 hours from the appointment.
