The company's services are very good. They help you with all the processes from guiding with an apartment untill keys handover and ever further. We have a really great experience with Wunderflats.

I would like to share my experience with Wunderflats so that other tenants know what to expect.

After I moved out of the apartment, the landlord withheld part of the deposit and claimed that there had been a “strong unpleasant smell” in the apartment. Based on this allegation, he charged me for cleaning and additional work. I disputed these claims because there was no objective evidence to support them.

Despite the fact that the apartment was arranged through Wunderflats and I paid around €350 for their service, I received absolutely no support from Wunderflats in this situation. There was neither assistance in resolving the conflict nor any attempt to mediate with the landlord.

In the end, I had to go through the entire legal process myself. The case went to court, and the court ultimately ruled that the landlord must return the withheld amount and pay the costs of the proceedings.

I won the case.

My conclusion: for a mediation fee of about €300, I would have expected at least minimal support in case of a dispute. Unfortunately, I received no help from Wunderflats.
I set 2-star rating because in the end I was able to find a flat and live there for 3 months. Whether it is worth it or not - make your choice

Customer service is not very helpful, really. Avoiding answering questions and kinda pressuring me into accepting terms as they are. Quick response times, though. Maybe I was just asking the wrong questions.
