Another wonderful experience!

We've just had another wonderful experience! We've found our summer location in Berlin for the past few years through your site. And Jana L. helped make the administrative aspects of the process go as smooth as possible. Looking forward to our summer stay!

Great customer support

While the landlady of the apartment we initially applied changed her mind after we paid the Wunderflats fee, our customer support agent Mr. Steffen Wengert was very helpful in finding an alternative and moving the process quickly.

I received absolutely no support…

I received absolutely no support regarding the refund of my €2500 security deposit. The landlord made unreasonable deductions based on questionable claims. For example, they alleged that the marble slab on the window sill was broken, even though I have photos clearly showing that it was not damaged at the time I moved out. They also charged me for issues with an already very old dishwasher.

I moved out using a self-check-out protocol and provided all necessary documentation, including photos and detailed explanations. Despite this, no effort was made to protect my rights as a tenant.

I even visited their office in person to explain the situation, but I never received any follow-up or response.

Due to this approach, which fails to protect tenant rights, I strongly do not recommend their service.

Good service

Maybe it was luck but i know that the help from the workers on wunderflats was easy and quick in all the process. Also the landlord was super easy to contacy with and very transparent.
I have not moved in yet but i have good hopes.
