Advertised as next day delivery, was nearly a week later. Bracket literally advertised as 'fits all Samsung TVs' (which is what I have). Shows up as a "universal" bracket that did not fit. Requested a return well within the returns window (twice) and they never responded. Stay well away!

Big mistake yo order from these cowboys.

The bracket, despite being advertised as compatible wasnt compatible. I had to buy a conversion kit from another vendor to be able to use it. Additionally, despite being advertised as next day delivery, it took two days.

Easy to assemble and easy to follow instructions. Comes with multiple different size screws for fixing the bracket to your TV depending upon the width and length of the thread required. Would definitely recommend!

Recently bought wall mount. Was dispatched same day although courier took three days more due to covid/staffing problems.
Unfortunately screws wrong size to fit my TV.
However Customer service have been great responding immediately to my emails and also very helpful advising and supplying correct fittings.

Ordered a bracket for my new Sony TV. It fits perfectly and high quality. Fast delivery. Recommend!

In stock next day free delivery - is a lie!! 5 days later no bracket, no reply to emails, no one to pick up the phone. Need to try get my money back now. AVOID

Bracket poor quality, came off wall and my 10 year old just caught the t.v. he could've been seriously injured. Have emailed the company ,no reply which is appalling.

Bracket did not fit despite all the guarantees promised that "this bracket will fit any 32" Sony TV". Raised this with customer services (who are anything other than customer friendly) who confirmed indeed that the bracket would not fit my TV and I would need to buy an adaptor kit from them at additional cost (which I didn't). Just a money making scam, complete rip off, don't honour their promises. Now they do not even reply to my e-mails. Do not think about using 123brackets at all, avoid at all cost. Another report going to Trading Standards.

This company needs to be investigated and I'm in the process of reporting them. DO NOT USE. I wish I'd have read the reviews on this site before I ordered. I've had similar experience with their service as many have reported here. I ordered a specific bracket from them after selecting the exact brand of TV from their website with is non-standard fit. They delivered outside of advertised time-scales and sent a sub-standard "universal" bracket. They do not answer the phone and I have been arguing with them via email for weeks. They claim they sent the bracket I ordered, but this is their scam. The order confirmation they generate, has a part number and doesn't mention the TV model you selected at the point of order. They refuse to collect and refund, insisting I have to pay to return a bracket I didn't order. I'm going to the authorities, because I genuinely believe this is criminal/fraudulent and calculated behaviour given the other similar stories. AVOID at all costs or end up angry like me, but determined to have this company investigated.

Honestly the worst company I've ever dealt with. Address was incorrect and called over 100 times with no answer. Emailled them straight away and despite advising the correct address they tried to redeliver 3 times. Eventually had to ask the new Tennant's to accept the parcel and I'd go back for it. Took no ownership didn't answer their phones and throughout demonstrated an approach of "we sold it so now we don't care" avoid this company.

Ordered a bracket with, supposedly, next day delivery. Despite taking the money for the bracket, advising I would be contacted by the courier, I have neither received the bracket nor received an update (it has now been over a week). Sent an email and rang, had no response. Had to order a replacement from another website (that arrived the very next day). 123Brackets - very disappointing. Would not recommend.

UPDATE: Since posting the above, approximately one week later, I received a full refund from 123 Brackets. Thank you.

Read lots of bad reviews below from people who have spoken to customer service, but apparently it is impossible for me to get a response from customer service.

I have called and emailed but the phoneline just goes through to answerphone. Money has been taken out of my account but nothing has arrived because of an error in the online order form.

Bought a tv bracket by entering my model number it's the right size an arrived under 24 hrs. More than happy excellent service would look to buy again in the future would also highly recommend.

Useless customer service and product not fit for use.

Ordered a bracket that is ‘guaranteed to fit all 42 inch Sony TVs’. What they fail to mention is that if you have a certain model, you also have to buy an adapter. I only found this out through my own investigation as there is no indication of this on the website. Minor issue, I also ordered the adapter. When the bracket came, all the fixings and screws etc are missing and one of the arms is bent.

I have requested a return authorisation but am yet to hear back and can I get anyone on the phone...? No.

I hate leaving bad reviews and like to give people the option to resolve an issue but seeing as they’re not coming back to me, I’m left £40 out of pocket and with a bracket that I can’t use.

Note: I attempted to contact them before they closed for Christmas and after they reopened. Nothing.

Avoid.

Terrible company!!! Do not go here. Bracket is not correct for my tv as they stated it would be.
Ignore all emails asking for exchange or refund.
Wish I had read reviews before buying from here.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! Have not received even so much as shipping confirmation much less my item. They do not answer the phone or emails. Thank goodness I paid via Paypal so I can raise a dispute and get my money back. Avoid!!!
