I am a bit senior and struggle with Thai, but the repetition seems to be helping

the one problem i have i can not find how to learn from norwegian to romanien, i have to go from english to romanian, that makes it more difficult, but i manage. So far so good.

Having paid a one off fee, have not received access or receipt. Written 5 times to help centre and payments section and received no replies.

If you look on their Facebook site, you may get a completely different view of this apparently scam-like organisation.

I have had to refer the situation to PayPal resolution centre

After few montgs i am still doing it and it still get me exicted to learn

They take your money do not respond to requests for log in access .
In my opinion they are fraudulent operators.
Be aware and DONOT waste your money

I use a text book for grammar.

Practice at own pace. Review lessons are helpful

Easy to use, repetition is very useful,helps to fix the words in your memory

Excellent language course. Learning in regular, daily small bites really helps the vocabulary stick and the verb and sentence trainers expand on this knowledge to build the language up.

I joined, paid, money taken from credit card. My fault, there was a typo in my email address. Wrote message on ‘form’ provided, giving the typo and correct address. No response SILENCE …..13 days now…

As an older person my short term memory is nott good. This has helped overcome this issue.
Log in and finding the way through the various lessons could be improved

This course uses the latest technology to help you learn. It also has a book that you can buy with learning tips. Best language course I have used.

It is a good vocabulary builder.
On the multiple box questions, if you could flip all the boxes to get there meanings, it would provide additional repetitions and enhance learning.
There is one female voice that speaks so slow even if you increase the speed.
Nobody speaks like this and from an audio perspective is useless.
For the cost of the course it is a good value.

No customer service. On the 2nd day I can't login. If you try to receive even forgotten pass or nickname you can't connect with nobody. And also the system can't recognise my email for receiving an information. I received the confirmation of my payment on the same email .
Bollox.Dirty , filthy people.

We ordered a course French on the 3rd of September. Payment was quickly collected by this company and we received a receipt . But after that everything went quiet. No log-in information, no possibility to make a log-in on the site. We tried to retreive log-in info via the button 'forgotten username/password' with the correct email on which payment and confirmation also have been sent. Nothing happened, we have tried approx 8 times but no mail to reset/register log-in details. We have sent an email to the support desk on the 8th of September, no reply, no contact, nothing. We have sent another reminder on the 12th of September early in the morning, now 3 days later still nothing, no reply, no message, no log-in info, totally quiet. And there are definitely no messages in our spam box.
So avoid this company, they tease you with a free trial, and when you go for that they seduce you to take the full course for 50% discount. But after that nothing, and also the free trial does not work. Money gone, wasted.

And don't believe the positive reviews here, it must be their own employees or themselves who write them because if you look further on internet you see too many people complaining that they paid but never received any further info so also wasted money

It started alright although the speech is painfully slow and can’t be adjusted.
However it is stuck at the same level and as said with other comments there is no customer service.
Overpriced anyway.

A great option if you want to control the pace of your course from day to day.
