I'm new to 1pMobile and so far I've been impressed with the value offered. I'm a light user and don't need massive data bundles. It's good that there are still networks out there that cater for people... See more

So simple to move to 1pmobile
I moved our family mobiles from EE to 1pmobile and ported our existing numbers as well. I found the process with 1pmobile so easy to manage. The website is logically laid out and it is simple to navigate. In addition the communication throughout the porting process was excellent and timely.
The service appears identical to EE (1p use the EE network) coverage and voice quality has been excellent and we live in a rural area.. We use wifi calling at home and have no issues at all.
Lastly, the 1p mobile plans suit our usage style and are great value compared to EE.
Everything is fine when it works but…
Everything is fine when it works but the network goes down regularly and there is no way to contact customer service - the number (when you finally track it down) either rings out forever or gives a message saying they're busy and to try again later. Unfortunately this is a pretty big deal for a communications company and a complete failure at the most basic level of what they are supposedly set up to provide so they need to exit stage left and let a real company step in instead (I will obviously be moving to someone else)
Zero issues
Zero issues. Put the SIM in, ported my old number and signal is noticeably better than O2.

Best coverage since I have lived in East Yorkshire, left o2 and after 2 years of hardly ever having signal and finally have mobile data nearly 100% of the time in this area!
Looking good.
Early days as only just joined, but so far all is rosie. Easy activation of sims and easy management on the website. Signal coverage good too in the areas I’ve been. Time will tell
Easy set up and works with no issues

Very quick and easy to change networks and keep existing number. Being a normally low user the pay rate is good for me.
Easy to set up
Easy to set up, back up dongle and router recognised the new 1p Mob sims. Clear and easy website for top up etc.

How am I supposed to top up and get a new bundle when the website is down most of the time? Today I am getting a 500 code error! If I email (which I have done previously) I have to wait days on end for any help.
So efficient
So efficient! I have just transferred from my previous
mobile network supplier to the 1pMobile plan of 50GB for £10 every 30 days. The transfer was absolutely seamless. I was sent a number of detailed and helpful emails during the process, and the porting of my old number went completely smoothly. My online account has all the details I need, and the Customer Service, by phone, was quick, helpful and efficient too.
Unlimited is not unlimited
Unlimited is not unlimited. I use a lot of data, and today my sim stopped working for data. Thought this was a little odd. It seems like there is. 500gb cap that is well hidden in their terms and conditions. The use of "Unlimited" in this context does violate ASA rules. This has been annoying as they have then used all available credit in my account for any data over that.
Customer service is also nonexistent.
No warning, not notification when it went over the limit. Not happy at all. Will look for another provider for all the sims I have over 3 accounts.
1pMobile - very poor
Switched to 1p Mobile with the expectation of better rural signal coverage than my old network as it piggybacks on the EE network but I noticed very little difference. My monthly direct debit didn't go through because I didn't have enough funds in the account to cover it. I immediately transferred funds and went on the very clunky 1p Mobile website to pay it but there was no option to pay it other than to purchase very expensive 'top ups' which quickly run out and leave you with no data or phone calls. I tried to contact customer services but the only way to contact them is via a phone call on Mon-Fri 09.00-17.00. A very disappointing experience so I've switched back to my old network. Stay well away from 1p Mobile, they're awful.
Good luck trying to contact them by…
Good luck trying to contact them by phone. Over 20 attempts(make that 40) and phone lines are closed at 6pm. and still no luck. Wife took out sim only deal for full year up front payment. Her current provider made her an offer she couldn't refuse and she can't get through to 1p mobile to cancel. A phone company you can't get through to..did you ever!
A massive time waste and a poor service
It seemed like a good deal for a SIM for my child's smart watch. But the service was unreliable.
My child often couldn't call me during the 60 day credit window because the service didn't work for no apparent reason.
When I topped up, the credit didn't always get applied without me having to contact them.
Today, after abandoning this service and switching to Lebara 1P Mobile charged my card £10 without my authorisation. I had a pay-as-you-go account and hadn't topped up for almost three months so it was a shock to see them take money that I hadn't approved.
They have poor customer service - you can call but no one answers, you can ask AI chat which can't really help with much, and there's meant to be live chat, but it's either not available or it's too difficult to find.
A massive time waste and a poor service.
NEVER HEARD OF 1PMOBILE?
My contract was up with EE and i wanted to save some dosh and switch to another supplier. Because I have Virgin Media I was going to switch to o2 unlimited data for a tenner...bargain. HOWEVER when I told Co Pilot I was going to switch it recommended 1pMobile as it uses EE network and has better coverage in my area.
I have switched 2 numbers easily and effectively halved my bill..result. Cant think of any negatives...so far
easy to change
Nothing but problems
I recently joined 1pmobile selecting to install via eSim, but have been facing issues ever since. I noticed I couldn't receive OTPs which meant I couldn't log in to any services like HMRC and some financial services which require it. I then realised I cannot receive ANY SMS unless from someone also on 1pmobile. I then asked my mother to try calling me (from a different network), but she said she hears "the number you've called has not been recognised". Customer support are gaslighting me saying they're not seeing any texts or OTPs coming through, so are doubting I am even requesting them. I wish I never switched away from O2. This is crazy. I've never experienced anything like this since owning my first mobile phone decades ago.
Good signal
Better signal than I previously had with Tesco at under half the price.
Great Value
Great Value, excellent customer service and network coverage
