I'm new to 1pMobile and so far I've been impressed with the value offered. I'm a light user and don't need massive data bundles. It's good that there are still networks out there that cater for people... See more

1p mobile customer service non existent
1p mobile has got to be the worst mvno ever. I would give no stars if it was possible. Absolutely no after sales service. Took my money and thought it was ok to make me wait almost a month for a SIM card to arrive which never did in the end. When they send out the Sim card they use a clause in thier email and say to wait 10 working days via royal mail. We use royal mail for our business daily and I've never seen an envelope take 10 working days to arrive 😂. Anyways moving on 10 working days later they supposedly sent out another Sim card out on the same service with the same message to wait another 10 working days. No expedited delivery offered and Instead of apologising that its late they said we are sorry you feel dissatisfied with the timeframe and that they are sorry I feel that way. In the end I told them to cancel it, if you don't want my service then jog on. I went with spusu in the end, better deal and SIM card arrived in 2 working days, number transferred the next working day, far superior service. I mean I've never seen a network provider so unbothered about a customer. Very strange business model indeed. Be very careful about joining this network!
Best network provider
Best network provider I ever been with , I have no issues with my signal or data, when I use my phone in Czech Republic and I was making a call to Czech Republic number while I was in Czech Republic. I was able to use my minutes with no extra fees and use data with no fees and a 14 GB limit was enough for nine days. I would recommend it to everyone for £10 for 50 GB and unlimited minutes it’s bargain.
Amazing network!
I'm really surprised when I read some of the low star reviews. I've never had issues with coverage, with surprise charges, with not knowing what my plan covers and doesn't cover etc. £10 per month for unlimited texts and calls and 50GB data, excellent coverage, and (unlike some other virtual networks in the UK where texts sometimes took hours to be delivered and phone calls sometimes didn't connect at all) - there is no deprioritisation of my connection. I must admit I don't know whether their customer service is any good, but that's only because I never had to use it, I've had zero issues! I've used them for years, here or abroad, and I couldn't recommend them enough!
All I have to say is lost trust
All I have to say is lost trust, 1p mobile is that kind of company which can't be trusted. Don't have to take my words for it, check on Google reviews. I also left some photos as evidence!! No words!!!
I ordered 1p sim, esim issues are dramatic, must use as primary.
I ordered 1p sim, receved it then converted to esim costed £2.5, then the network just does not come up. Called customer services many times, no one answers, also a lot of auto messages. Eventually someone answered, told me I must put 1p network as primary, otherwise it would not work. I have used 3G and Lebara esim on my iphone 13mini, no problems at all. Now if I want the 1p network as primary, the other network does not work, the network bar simple just grey out, its like i switched my phone. I had called customer services many times to discuss this, just been told is not network problem, its my handset problems. If i use as physical sim, it work. Now I have to pay £2.5 again to request send a sim replacement. I would simple just request a sim replacement then leave the network. Mei said put 1p as primary it proof the network is working, I simple think the technique issue with the network provider, not the secondary or primary use as esim. I would not reconmend the service.
worst customer service.
worst customer service.
Firstly they try not to answer the call, in case if they answer they will try to be rude and never help the customer
Stay away.
I was paying £10 every 60 days before…
I was paying £10 every 60 days before & if you don't use all the credit you lose it but usually works fine. But this month I payed £10 & they took most of it for previous months which shouldn't happen so had to pay yet another £10 to be able to use my phone again.
I never had to do that before but this £10 better be for 60 days else I will change my network
Very bad experience with the simcard
Very bad experience with the simcard. They charge me 20£ more after renew my monthly subscription. Even the customer service not responding my email. Had to contact with them
No customer service available
Just transferred to 1p from Sky, firstly the sim took time to arrive, then the PAC transfer was long and poor. The phone call for customer service is always "busy" and the web chat just AI ! :(:( The very first call received and then made could not hear my voice and I never had this issue prior to switch over. As a disabled person who is heavily reliant on a working phone this is the worst provider I have come across yet. I will be looking to cancel and move elsewhere afyte just 1 day of service!
Fantastic Customer Service
I have been with 1pMobile since March 2025 and have had no problems of any kind in that time. Like many people at the moment I am feeling the pinch and was looking to reduce my monthly outgoings and noticed that my current plan was £5/month cheaper than when I took it out. I couldn't see an easy way to reduce the cost online so phoned up their Customer Support Team. The call was answered within two rings and after explaining why I was calling was able to reduce my payments to the new price. The call handler was very polite and efficient and the call lasted a total of 1 minute! Fantastic customer service from a fantastic provider. I would thoroughly recommend 1pMobile to anyone who doesn't want a contract.
Moved over from EE about 5 months ago…
Moved over from EE about 5 months ago and the service has been excellent. Exactly the same speeds and service as when I was with EE, at a fraction of the cost and without yearly price increases.
Great until something goes wrong.
Great until something goes wrong.Wife and I lost service took a long time to get through to customer service which had poor attitude and told us they knew of no problems with the network. They went through what I imagined is the generic advise of how to solve the problem.Non of them worked and the service didn't come back on until the evening.Service was there in morning then failed again, rang up again still told they don't know of any problems with network.
After sending emails was eventually told it was scheduled work that caused the issue.! Scheduled work but customer service didn't know and the company didn't think to let their customers in the area know service would be interrupted.
Poor customer service, the price you pay for cheap mobile service.
Much cheaper than EE…
I’d been with EE for years but, whilst their customer service is great, I rarely, if ever, had need of it. I also found my bills creeping up and up from £8 when I took out my last SIM-only 24 month contract to £13+ now. I only wanted 5mb data, unlimited calls and unlimited texts plus EU roaming. After learning about piggyback services (from Martin Lewis) I checked out all those using EE and found this company offering exactly the same deal at less than one third of the price. I paid up front for a 1 year contract - £55 less about £5 cashback (via TopCashback) which is equivalent to only a little over £4 per month. Much more competitive than anything EE could offer me and I don’t really care if the customer service isn’t great. The only slight drawback is that you have to use a browser to access the website as there’s no App available. Transferring my service and porting my number was straightforward and so far, so good…
Great value EE alternative
I moved from EE mobile where I was paying double the price with speed caps and no EU roaming. Moved to 1pMobile and get access to all of the above plus the EE network for half the price per month with no contract. Very happy :)
4 days with NO SERVICE - System error
My £20 was wrongly taken by a billing error. I have had no service since Friday. Sent emails and a formal complaint but no response. Fix this!
PAYG: 10 pounds Minimum Spending Limit Exists
Consider cautiously if you would like to purchase the Pay-as-you-go SIM because you are a low-volume user of data.
They require a 10 pounds minimum spending over a 120 days period.
I have just found out after finishing the purchase; their advertisement did not mention a single word of this limit. (although technically it was disclosed in the T&C)
What a greedy bunch this lot are
What a greedy bunch this lot are, just recently topped up with £10.00 credit and about two weeks later they take nearly all your credit for charges, and they done the same to my wife.
Couldn't deal with new debit card
Site couldn't accept payment using new account.
Decided to leave and join another mobile company.
Absolutely disgusting service from 1p…
Absolutely disgusting service from 1p Mobile. The connection drops constantly and I spent an entire week trying to get reliable internet from them with no success. Customer experience has been frustrating from start to finish. Save yourself the stress and just go directly with the big networks like EE, Vodafone, or O2 instead.
An absolute joke.
An absolute joke. Ordered my sim in time for when my old plan finishes but my sim still hasn’t arrived and so now I’m being charged daily by my old network, as I can’t leave until I use the PAC code - I also only have a certain amount of time to use it! EVERY time I’ve called (way over 10) to chase up my sim, the lines are busy or I’m cut off. Recieved one email response but now waiting for them to get back to me again. Can’t reach anyone! Terrible customer service and I’m just going to go somewhere else because this is so irritating and poor.
