Great customer service and half the EE price, what is there not to like!

Running as with previous provider

Haven't got a bad word to say, except for I don't like the name 1p, service has been fantastic. I would go as far as to say it's the best mobile virtual network!

Automatic top-up, I don't want to top-up

Very simple to sign on with very clear instructions and quick activation. Impressive

It was really easy to move from my old supplier the instructions about when the move was taking place were very clear it made for an easy move thank you.

I've experienced no difference in signal, since swapping from my full ee contract. Everything has gone extremely smoothly since switching, and I'm saving money. Great overall, thank you.

The process of changing over to 1pMobile was so easy. I changed due to the telephone coverage with my previous network being shocking, with 1pMobile I have crystal clear telephone and 5G everywhere in my area, fantastic.

I changed from my existing provider to 1PMobile mainly because I wanted to use the EE network, which has better coverage in rural areas, but I didn't want to pay the EE price.
The transfer, including the all-important porting across of my existing number, was very smooth.
I have not had a problem so I have not tested customer service, and I only have 2 weeks experience of 1pMobile, so I only give 4-stars at this stage. But so far my experience has been perfect.

Wow ! ... having been an O2 customer with poor coverage and experiencing poor/no data when there is coverage and poor/dishonest customer service, 1P Mobile is a breath of fresh air.
1P Mobile has Superb coverage with decent data speeds and an outstanding customer service and all at a reasonable price.
O2 did attempt to convince me otherwise with a cheaper deal after I'd requested my PAC, but with such a poor/congested network and awful/dishonest customer service, it was an easy decision to move to 1P Mobile.
SIM arrived 2 days after ordering (as promised) , SIM activated within half an hour, number ported the next day and here we are.
Excellent all round...thoroughly recommended.

I'm new to 1pMobile and so far I've been impressed with the value offered. I'm a light user and don't need massive data bundles. It's good that there are still networks out there that cater for people like me. As long as they don't alter the terms and conditions or bump up prices then I'll be hanging around! Just wish there was a 1pMobile phone app as logging in via a browser is less convenient, especially when it logs you out automatically even if you tick the box to stay logged in!

I signed up for the 1pMobile "£1 for £10 credit" offer to test the service coverage. While the initial deal seemed good, I was shocked to find an Auto Top-up was activated on my account. I suspect the consent is hidden somewhere in the fine print because I did not provide explicit consent. I only activated the SIM to check the signal strength, I didn't use it at all. I was under the impression that the credit would expire after 120 days and the SIM would be shut down.

Most importantly, I received no advance notice (no email or SMS) that a payment was about to be taken. This felt like a "subscription trap" where the account triggers charges in the background. Note that the payment appears on PayPal/Bank statements as "Telecommunications Management Limited," not 1pMobile, which makes it harder to spot.

To their credit, they responded quickly when I contacted them. They closed my account and issued a refund, but I shouldn't have had to chase them for an unauthorised collection. If you sign up for the trial/offer, make sure you manually check your PayPal "Automatic Payments" or bank mandates immediately to kill the link.

Easy switch, very competitive pricing, great online account portal. Much better network coverage than my old provider (O2). Recommended

At last a much lower cost for the hated 'please wait for an advisor' wait on calls to speak to someone. Very pleased customer.

simple, easy and 10/10 service everywhere i go

Moved to 1p mobile from Asda. No signal or Wi-Fi calling from Asda despite what they promise but both from 1p. SIM card arrived as promised and moved my old number over almost immediately. Good plan for what I need. More than happy that I made the switch.
