Very fast i recommend

Little bit pricey but it was quick and efficient service right after purchase my company went live within 24 hours.

The experience was good but there is only ne thing i believe could be done better, and that is as follows: When you get a new client and that client pays, i would suggest you allocate an account manager specifically for that client. it makes life a lot better for the client because he/she won't have to keep explaining and re-explaining previous conversations and resolutions of those past conversations. other than that, the experience was good and even though there were some challenges, i felt the team worked as fast as possible with me to resolve them. One last thing, i am now told that i do not have a local uk business address even though i paid for one. please assist with this matter asap. thanks

Card management service:
I wanted to remove my personal card from the year before. I added a business card. Online there was no removal of the old card. So phoned up the help line, gave my security, said what I wanted, 3 minutes. Done.

I prefered if it's more faster than what I experienced

Despite reminders Business Banking team from my chosen bank has not contacted in past one week. The given TAT by 1st formation was 24 hours.
