Simple change of address update took longer
Earlier the registration were a breeze this time it took unusually longer with simple updates like change of address but follow up and then call and then again follow ups - delayed the registration like by a month

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Be very cautious if using them as a mail service / registered office service - they never respond emails - emails get stuck in inboxes for weeks without responses, and even when it looks like your order has been completed - and is marked as the same - internally, it is not complete, and mail just gets sent back. Very untrustworthy.

From our investigation, I can confirm that after you placed an order, an internal workflow error caused our automated checks to flag the wrong company on your account, instead of the company your order related to. This was not identified at the time, leading to unnecessary back-and-forth and avoidable delays. We also acknowledge that the delay in responding to your emails fell well below the standard of service we aim to provide.
We have taken your feedback seriously, raised the workflow issue for technical review, and worked with you to put things right, including processing the agreed refunds and applying the agreed service extensions.
