I have I bought a 3-year license and I am registered as a premium user, now after the latest changes they start sending phishing ads to be a premium user (I am already premium), and they removed the option where I can manage registered products++++++, from what I can see 360 ​​has become a bad choice, I do not recommend this program.

Complete and total email spammer using fake email addresses or email address from foreign companies. Cannot get them to stop so I am forced to create 'filters' to drop their useless emails into my 'deleted' folder.

I have a few words for them but I will not curse.

They are losers with a captial 'L'.

This antivirus is good don't get me wrong, it's just the annoying ads and bundleware that gets the bad reviews. If it didn't forcefully install the bundleware, it would probably be one of the best free antiviruses due to the free tools you are getting like clean up, speed up computer tools, browser protection, etc. If they just advertised every day, more people would like their product. But it's still amazing for a free antivirus. It is quite hard to uninstall though, but this is one of the best free antivirus solutions due to the amount of tools you are getting and the detection rate. I recommend it though if you want solid antivirus detection and extra tools. Overall, solid antivirus choice. Just not the best when it comes the the bundleware, ads, and uninstalling it.

Impossible to uninstall without formatting. Bundles additional software like Opera GX, and their own 'secure' browser. 360 Total Security, more like 360 Crapware DOWNLOADER. Customer support is practically even worse than the support of Gridinsoft Anti-Malware.

ITS A VIRUS!!! I LITERALLY UNINSTALLED IT ON MY OLD COMPUTER, IT KEPT COMING BACK LIKE 30 TIMES I DID IT, I BROUGHT A BRAND NEW COMPUTER, AND IT WAS THERE. DO NOT GET IT!!!!!!!!

Installs without permission their own "360 Extreme Browser".

Painfully difficult to uninstall.
Took me about 5 Attempts. When I click UNINSTALL , I expect it to be uninstalled , NOT to be interrogated to the 3rd degree and be given hideously misleading Menus and Popups.

EVEN NOW - as I am writing this it is asking " PIN 360 EXTREME to the task bar? " - it's STILL NOT UNINSTALLED

Used to be good but now it's full of ads. It was 1 ad per night, now it's approximately 1 per hour.
Some unwanted softwares install itself on my PC, i suspect this "antivirus" to do it

360 Total Security is a terrible antivirus software, first of all it is distracting and disturbing, too many advs. and pop-ups and seems to have endless functions, and it is hard to uninstall completely.

at start i have no problems to anti-virus quality but to file that making error and getting flagged as infected file with virus

The biggest problem with 360 is not that the uninstall process is complicated, but that it cannot be uninstalled cleanly. It attaches part of its core to the core of the Windows system like a virus. This part cannot be uninstalled, even after uninstalling the main part. After a period of time, the remaining core will secretly automatically download the 360 main program and install it secretly. Even because this core is intentionally spread to different partitions and locations on the hard disk, reinstalling the system may not be able to clear it out. There has never been a 100% clean method other than completely formatting the hard drive.

Downloaded acidentally, now not letting me delete it. Terrible interface, and annoying app. Do not recommend.

This is a scam antivirus and acts more like malware, It refuses to be deleted and re-installs itself. There is a registry entry called stay alive and I think this is how it respawns itself after removal. The 360 total security tray also restarts after removal. . Avoid this malware at all costs!!!

Absolute lack of client care and after sale service.

I had been a free user of their anti-virus for many years, about a year ago I upgrade to premium on a special.

A year later (now), I wanted to update my payment method, change it to a different card/account. I see that I am unable to do so independently. The option is there! Yet it is greyed out.

I contact support...NO ANSWER. I send a follow up email....I then get a reply but WHAT A JOKE.....

They reply telling me my account & premium license has been cancelled, without my CONSENT nor INFORMING me.

They tell me to re-purchase their product and use a different card.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!! BULL! This is totally unacceptable, how could they even dignify this as a support response. Its plain as day they are telling me to take my money and shove it.

I then urgently try to communicate with them...NO response.

Few days later I send another request to delete my account because I am NEVER using their product again NOR recommending it to anyone.

The irony here is, the same chap who cancelled my premium license....replied to my 2nd support query. Not a why or how, zero second glance, I just get a reply "your account has been deleted".

I installed 360 Total Security to try it out before I purchased it. I found that it was lightweight and did not affect my computer's performance. However, a day ago, I started to receive ads from Taboola Ads through this security software. These ads were more intrusive than any other ads I had seen before. As a result, I decided not to move forward with 360 Total Security and to try a different security software that does not contain ads.

Great program I don’t understand why people think it’s too cluttered or too complicated it is nowhere near too complicated it is very useful and not complicated whatsoever very good program and a very good price i’ve been using it for several years now it was good for free and also even better when I paid for it there is one thing I would like for the company to do is when you install the program that it would not install the browser opera that it’s asking for you to try automatically

very good , the KING of free antivirus malware etc.
only 2 problems :
1) is a bit complicated to use, too many useless features
2) it does not recognize useful software, it almost identifies them as dangerous, like YTD
however is fantastic , clean antivirus , clean pc
