They sent me the wrong filament and won’t sent me the right one before I have packed and shipped the wrong filament back. Which is severely delaying my project since they also take 2 days to respond to an email.

unserious business with false promises
if you want your package in time, do not deal with those guys. they might have 'black friday' sale, but their support and delivery handling sucks. never again.
i have made an order 4 days ago, and according to their website, they will send the package within 2 days.
not only that they did not send the package, they are frequently not answering support tickets, and when in miracle you get an answer, they tell you to check package status on their website.
when i was placing order, the said date of delivery was Friday 27th, November. Now it is nearly Friday 5th, December. Order was placed on Tuesday.

Delivery dates are just a suggestion
The delivery dates on the website turned out to be inaccurate, and my order kept getting pushed back. I didn’t get a clear updated date, so I finally reached out to them directly. After contacting them, they were able to find a printer and arrange the shipment.

I was reading bad reviews and I tried…
I was reading bad reviews and I tried risking around 350 euro for bambu lab A1 printer. It came on date they said from Austria to Bulgaria. Box was good. Printer is excellent. I managed to print the example boat with the fillament they included. One advice to new buyers, please spend a little more to buy at least one fillament. In general I didn't had any problems, I haven't tried customer support so I cannot say anything.
Expiring resin
We ordered 3D printer resin, that we found on arrival to expire in a month. Then contacted their customer service asking about, they responded that the resin is fine even after expiring, and can take a bit more exposure time.
I find this unacceptable answer and disrespectful.

The price was pretty good, the support can be faster
The prices were good, but when I reported an issue with my product on October 19, the support process turned out to be much slower than expected. Email response times were consistently over 24 hours, and the case has still not been resolved. As of today, November 7, the replacement part has not been shipped, or at least no tracking number has been provided.
I described the problem clearly in my very first message and even linked directly to the correct spare part on their own website, where it was listed as in stock. Despite this, they seemed to assume they had to wait for the part to arrive from a supplier, even though it was already available in their own inventory. That misunderstanding has dragged the process out far longer than necessary.
The support staff have been polite and professional, but the handling speed and attention to detail leave a lot to be desired when issues arise.
Anycubic kobra s1 extruder
I know if only one shop have what you look for, and its sold out everywhere else. Its a warning sign.
I know if a shop have 3,3 rating (they had this when i wrote this review) is a warning sign.
And yet i am stupid enough to order a extruder for my kobra s1, and boy am i glad, that i am stupid.
Item was delivered in a box thats in a box and within that box a ton of protection.
Normally i don't give 5 star unless i seen a company go the extra mile with something i dident expect.
But 3dJake needs a better rating, and i am happy with what i got so 5 stars.
Bookmarket and my go to place if i need anything for my 3d printer.

Not Uk and lies about delivery times
The only reason I ordered from this company was due to the indicated delivery time, the detail on the product page is that if you order before 23:59 of that day then you will get it next day. The prices are so good that the £8.90 deliver charge makes it worth while. So I placed an order and I find the next day that it was going to take a day longer to deliver than advertised, 'ok' I thought, the company cannot control delivery times once the delivery company has the item. Then I get a text message from FedEx telling me the the item is in Vienna and will not be delivered until 07/10. This is far from acceptable for the delivery cost, plus I would not have ordered from them if I had known that they weren't a UK company (as I would have known that it would not be here the next day) but there is little to indicate that they are not, prices were in pounds and the web address ends in .uk I will never be using this company again, and unless you want to pay just shy of £10 for delivery that's going to take a week or more then I suggest you don't either

Bought a part for my 3d printer waited ages for it tracking was not working all through, contacted to be told it wont be back in stock for another month and my parcel has gone missing in the post! Will not use these again

Package arrived timely and in good condition. I had bought a replacement screen for my 3D printer. I thought that it wouldn't work due to a 'newton ring' on one side. But after contacting the company they replied back quickly and reassured me it would work.
After reassembly it worked perfectly!
I am really impressed with the customer service.
One order, two deliveries, double the hassle
I ordered a 3D printer and filament in one single order, choosing cash on delivery. Instead of receiving everything together, the items were shipped separately on different days — with no warning during the checkout process.
The result? I had to be home twice, track two separate deliveries, and deal with twice the coordination with the courier. Their explanation? “That’s just how we do things.” No offer of compensation, no acknowledgment that this might cause inconvenience — just a suggestion that if I don’t like it, I can refuse the packages.
Whether or not shipping was “charged” officially is irrelevant — this is a poor experience for a customer who expects basic coordination and transparency. If I place a single order, I expect a single delivery.
For a company that wants to present itself as a professional online store, this was disappointing.
I won’t be ordering from them again.

Had some issues regarding a faulty printer, 3dJake staff (shoutout to Miso!) helped me resolve them in a very customer friendly way, going above and beyond of what was necessary. If you are gonna buy 3d-printers or assorted goods, this is the place to do it!
