Slow and appear to have some shady financial practices
Ordered at beginning of June, 2 month lead time given AFTER order placed and then they set up a Paypal Direct Debit to take the payment twice (luckily Paypal advised me of this and I cancelled the 2nd payment which they denied existed!) and then now have received an email saying the order is going to be another 3 weeks late. All this time, my money is sitting in their bank account - Had enough now, time to find another supplier as I suspect I'll now get a reply with lots of sickly sweet apologies, "It won't happen again, we understand how frustrating this is, we are reviewing our policies, this falls below our normal standards" blah, blah, blah. You are scoring 3.6 on Trustpilot, with 616 reviews so your platitudes mean nothing and as a company, you are average at best

Not local, ships from austria and that’s not clear on their website.
Ordered the 1st of July, filament came on the day they said, printer came a day late. (About a week total)
They buy local domain names so customers have a feeling they ship from your home country but it comes from Austria. Tracking was a bit iffy, didn’t update until it was in my home country.
If I were you i’d buy the shipping of DHL express as landmark global is just plain slow.
Customer service replies in 1-2 working days.
Order did arrive neatly.

Suprisingly great for me
I was a bit scared when I read some of the reviews but went ahead and ordered anyway. Have to say my experience has been perfect. I got some eSun fillament that they had in stock on the site. Shipped on Monday and I got it on Wednesday and the correct items, decently packaged. Probably going to order more in the future, would recommend to order items that they have in stock and a lot of pieces!
Order not delivered and not answering on e-mails
I tought that they are a serious company but they turn out to be 3dJOKE. They do not answer on my e-mails, do not send goods on time etc etc...
I recive mail that the parcel was send on 27.05.25 and it should arrive on 29.05.25. But when I check fedex tracking page on 29.5.25 I saw that the package was not even picked up by fedex..
I paid express delivery...
really sad to see that you turn out to be scammer company... sad sad.....
I'm canceling the order now and I demand a refund of the money..
PS. Today is 30.5.25 when I'm writing this and when I enter the tracking number on fedex site it still says: "Monday, 26/05/2025 18:44
Shipment information sent to FedEx"
Do not forget that I've paid EXPRESS DELIVERY...

A great company to deal with.
After initial communication problems customer service acted swiftly & politely. They recognised the machine fault & gave a full refund & arranged collection. Great to see old fashioned service still exists.
Couldnt care less about their customers
I have purchased filament for years literally spending thousands upon thousands of Euro's per year with 3DJake, there has over the years been minor varying issues which 3DJake has generally taken charge of and set things right.
I only ever purchase IN-STOCK items
On the 28th of Last month, I placed an order with in their words "guaranteed delivery by the 9th of May" which to me was still an extended time frame but ok.
I go to the site on the 30th to see if my order has been dispatched, nope it's not, I'm greeted with "expected delivery by the 12th of May" I'm like EH!! the 9th was bad enough what's going on here.... so I email them.
The reply was priceless... we have a non-stock issue, and we expect to now dispatch by the 2nd of May...
Second EH!!.
I replied, I had ordered IN-STOCK items only. That garnered some BS reply about items in-stock being damaged. I requested that they supply a suitable equivalent replacement at their cost and or upgrade shipping to fix the mess that they had created.
No reply, so I tell them if you cannot fix your mess cancel, refund & close my account...
They cancelled, no apology nothing, they are evidently doing well enough in business to blow off long-standing customers, and yes I deleted my account.
No more sales for them, so buyers beware, for me their service had never been anything exceptional, only acceptable up until this mess, where they acted like they didn't care in any shape or form.
(Edit)
While their syrupy sweet reply is all well and good.
All too little too late. It might have been a plan to actually listen to their long standing customers instead of blowing them off.
I won't be making any further purchases

I'm using 3DJake only to order 3d…
I'm using 3DJake only to order 3d filament. For now I always ordered the cheapest PLA/PETG and was very happy with the order experience and the filament.
I removed one star because it's always difficult to easily find their cheapest 1.75mm filament. When filtering with 1.75mm filament with lowest, they still list 2.85 filament. Furthermore, it is not possible to sort by kilo price.
Order not delivered, and failing to answer the customer.
I bought a CNC machine from them on april 3rd. with an estimated delivery date april 14.th. The shipment has been moving between Vienna and Langenhagen since april 5th. and at the moment (april 30th) its back in Vienna for the second time.
I have contacted 3Djake selveral times now to get a new deliverydate but they have stopped replying.
And when i try to inform them of the cancellation of the order due to failure of deliverance the contact form does not accept the word "cancelation". I had to upload the document as a picture to be able to send it to them. My advice is, find somewhere else to buy your stuff.

Think twice before buying here: a cpu cooling fan is replaced with a hotend cooling fan
A simple warranty claim to replace the cpu cooling fan:
1 there is no claim form just a email form
2 the seller requires audio video proof without using a warranty claim number for faster processing
3 the seller suggests to wait for the manufacturer feedback (?) after it is well established the cpu fan sounds like a jet engine
4 the seller sends a hotend cooling fan (!)
5 the buyer informs the seller wrong replacement is shipped
6 seller requests foto with cpu fan and hotend fan … (maybe it will fit or is buyer dishonest?)
7 the seller will “look into it”
The lack of a warranty/repair flow results in tremendous delays and mistakes. The customer service department apparramtly has no access to any parts list to understand what part to replace for a standard printer (ender v3 SE)

I was unsure of a bed plate…
I was unsure of a bed plate compatibility. Even the manufacturer answers were unclear.
3D Jake was able to validate the plate was ok for my machine. And after buying I do confirm the Biqu Glacier 300x300 fits the Qidi Plus4 perfectly. The plate is in reality 308x308, which is perfect!
Quick shipping and great price as well!
Good so far!
3DJake have always delivered my stuff on time and in good condition, and I have had quite a bit of plastic from them amongst other things.
Once when I had an issue with a Polymaker Polysher they replaced it quickly, so service also seems pretty good. Will buy from again.
Exceptional Service and Quality – My Go-To for 3D Printing!
I purchased my first 3D printer from 3DJake in February 2020, and I couldn’t have been luckier to find them. Since then, they’ve been my go-to source for filaments and accessories. Not only do they offer the latest and best in the 3D printing world, but their competitive pricing keeps me coming back.
What truly sets 3DJake apart is their outstanding customer service. Whether it’s technical support or hassle-free returns, they always go the extra mile. I was especially impressed when they helped me resolve under-extrusion issues while experimenting with wood filament for the first time—something not every retailer would take the time to assist with!
Beyond their excellent products and service, I recently discovered their YouTube channel, which is packed with useful tips and workarounds to enhance 3D printing. It’s just another testament to their commitment to the community.
If you're into 3D printing, I highly recommend 3DJake. They have everything needed for success—great products, expert support, and a passion for the craft.
Initial problems, but made up for it in the end.
Had inital problems with answers from customer service when a product was faulty. However after a period of going back and forth 3dJake provided me with a satisfactory solution.

Disaster delivery times
Quick answers to emails, but the worst service I have encountered in many years.
Delivery was somehow slow, but after 2-3 weeks it was up for collection, but 12 kilometers away from where I live! They said we'll wait it out and when the parcel comes back to us we will send it again to the agreed upon collection place. What.
Paid 2 December 2024, still waiting as I'm writing this (7 February 2025). Scheduled delivery 13 february ...
I will never ever buy from this company again.
BTW it's some global monstrymuosity of a company based in Switzerland but making believe they are local/from your country, don't fall for it.

I checked trustpilot before ordering and I was a little bit scared about spending 400 bucks due to all the bad feedback here.
I cannot understand such negative feedback.
Yes, delivery timeframes are a bit hit and miss, but it's not worse than with every other online shop: +/- 1 day for items in stock, much more unreliable if there is another supplier involved. However, 3djake sends emails in this case, offering refunds or offering to keep waiting.
My experience with customer service was nice. Yes, it took half a day to get a response, but a misdirected package was handled nicely, re-dispatched immediately, without causing a lot of grief.
Packaging was nice, everything arrived in one piece, and the pricing is fair.
Scammy/fraudulent business practices
Scammy/fraudulent business practices. Products (in my case filament) are shown as in stock. Soon after ordering, the order status will change to unknown delivery date and the product stock changes to not available at the moment.
No communication or anything regarding the change.
The only option is to cancel the order and order other filaments. But with this you loose sales and applied discounts. Happened to multiple filaments in my latest order.
And of course, they do not ship partial order, so one will not receive ANY parts of an order.
This seems extremely fraudulent!

No support for faulty goods delivered, emails ignored.
I am sorry to say - this is one of the worst and most unfair treatment of a customer I have ever been exposed to.
I have received a faulty hotend (a batch was faulty from the manufacturer as I found out via Discord and forums). I contacted 3DJake and was sent a replacement (so far so good - even with delays in shipping despite promised shipping terms). Unfortunately, the replacement block had a faulty thermal probe (PT1000). I reached out again to 3DJake to get more help and I did express my unhappiness with the solution - as I found the new block to be of a worse quality and not serviceable anymore due to how the PT1000 was to be inserted into the block.
My emails and messages started being ignored. I sent them multiple times - to no avail.
At the same time, I was talking with others on forums and Discord and found out - others have been given full refunds and were getting responses to their emails within 10 minutes sometimes. I am now at almost two months of being ignored.
So at this time, I am out of a hotend, out of money and extremely frustrated. I cannot recommend such dreadful service to anyone and will recommend people to steer clear of 3DJake if asked where to buy items for our printers.
EDIT: A short while after publishing this review (before the response seen below) - I finally got an answer and have been offered a refund as well. I will be sending the hotends back later this week.

Illegal Practices
Hope the device you bought doesn't break. The store is absolutely incapable of resolving the complaint within the legal deadline. So in the end you have a broken printer and no one will fix it or refund money. The worst store I have ever shopped in my life.

Quality service
Quality service, friendly, caring, quick feedback. I'll surely buy from them in the future.
