Same deal as everyone else. But I disputed the charge as soon as it wasnt delivered at the right time after reading these reviews.

Paid my money in full, waited for 3 weeks as per their confirmation and then nothing, emailing weekly and they do not respond, DO NOT pay them for anything. There should be a ZERO rating for companies like this. disgraceful.

Product has failed to arrive. First ordered in January; company only made contact once I had initiated the PayPal refund process. There was good communication at that point so I reordered, stupidly using my debit card as I thought there was a problem with PayPal.
Left it 4 weeks as website claims that all products are hand built in the UK. No response to my emails or one very challenging phone call so I will have to try to get the money back from my bank.
I wish I had checked with Trustpilot first rather than going on a 3 year old recommendation dating back to when the company clearly had some ethics.
Don’t waste your time or money.

Bought a camera off this company and took so long to be delivered £250 for a camera that looks like it was made in China, the wiring different from the instructions bad quality camera and they nimever returned phone calls or emails I am trying to get a refund I'll probably never see AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS COMPANY

Avoid this company at all costs. Purchased a swim coach system from them for a small swimming club. The first product to arrive 4 weeks later than promised had clearly been put together in someone’s garage and didn’t work properly. After another month they then sent a product that was actually on their website but this time with no charger. After receiving the charger little more than 8 weeks of use this product has totally packed in also. They are a total rip off. I’m currently in the process of trying to get in touch with the company but have yet to receive a reply by both email or phone call.

Low quality product and very very poor communication. We only got a reply when we commenced a charge back through PayPal. They sent goods, but a lower specification unit and promised a refund of £150 over 9 days ago and again silence. So we will be starting a process again. A total waste of time with a very annoying answer phone message.

If I could, I would give them zero stars. No communication at all unless they need more money. They charged us extra to ship the pole separate from the camera. Such a f**king scam. The camera was supposed to be sent in 4 weeks, 4.5 months later, it still hasn’t arrived. We have contacted multiple times and they are not responding about anything. This company is horrible. Do not ever use them. They are a scam.

Really poor company. Ordered a 10m telescopic pole and a carry case on 2 separate orders. Other than the confirmation email I received no correspondence from them. After waiting 4 weeks I started to try to ring them and email them to get an update on my order. I left messages and eventually threatened to report to my bank to reverse the charges as I had received nothing. After 5 weeks I received notification from a delivery company that a parcel was going to arrive and a day later the pole arrived. 6 weeks later still no sign of the bag. Awful service. Can't speak to anyone, don't reply to emails, don't send updates. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

If i could give a -5 I would. I purchased inspection pole and their “top notch inspection pk pro hd camera”. Also bought extra set of batteries for the screen and few other accessories. Well, by the time it got to my house some brackets were broken. The stuff they advertise on their website doesn’t reflect the actual items. Different camera screen arrived along with pole strap. The extra batteries including the original battery has no juice in them and doesn’t hold charge. 10 min into use and it dies completely. I asked for a refund on the strap and broken bracket but didn’t get my money back as they promised to reimburse some. They make cheap stuff. Their high pole inspection camera pk pro hd ( advertised as the best camera available ) is s joke. They put a Sticky label over another label that showed inspected year 2013. Old crap. What a joke. This pk pro hd comes with two cameras that is attached on a double tape. On my first try the camera that was sitting on double tape attached to another camera fell off and crashed to pieces infront of my client. Then pole that I bought also collapsed inside the other pole and second camera fell off and crashed on the concrete. Total disaster. Cameras are cheaply made. Straps doesn’t fit the actual screen that should be attached on the pole. Batteries dies super fast. This is complete joke. Very disappointed. And it’s very difficult to get a hold of them. USA BUYER BEWARE. STAY AWAY.

What has happened to this company? I bought an Eqicam from them in November 2018 as the reviews at that time were pretty good. The instructions were minimal and didn’t tie up with the camera. The camera was different to the one advertised but I was told it was a better one so I accepted it.
There were a few issues with getting it to work but every time I emailed, it took days and sometimes weeks to get a reply.
I had to return as it wouldn’t turn off and that took ages as well. I was offered a refund but refused as I had not been able to find a suitable alternative.
In February 2020 the on/off button wouldn’t work so I returned it for repair. Of course COVID19 struck and the company closed but nobody contacted me to let me know what was happening. In May I managed to speak with someone who said they were going back to work and it would be looked at. In June I was told it couldn’t be repaired as the technology had moved on and they couldn’t get parts but they would look at it again. Two months later I chased them up and the camera cannot be repaired.
I feel as though I have been scammed. The customer service is appalling. If a company is going to supply goods then it should be prepared to answer the customer’ questions. Also I was told this camera was a better more up to date version but it broke in 16 months. I wish I had never had dealings with 4kam. It has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Cheap and nasty products. The pole broke upon removing it from the pack, so I lost two pieces straight away. They said it was my fault as I took it out the wrong side of the tube (how am I supposed to know without instructions?) The pole is difficult and awkward to extend and I don't dare put it up in the slightest bit of wind or I'm certain it will break. I bought a telescopic one off ebay instead, less then quarter of the price and 10x the quality. The camera itself - I think you'd get a better camera on a potato. The battery had no charge. the screen was rubbish quality. Just don't buy from these people.

Poor quality camera with an app that does not work. Overpriced and terrible service, they refused to offer a refund or replacement when the product and accessories were defective after a few weeks.

Failed to uphold the Sales of Goods Act and ignored further communications. Absolute waste of £450+ for a non-profit organisation. Very disappointed.

Paid £40+ for a battery booster and the item which arrived is a piece of junk you can buy from Amazon for less than £2. Perhaps all the products John sells are cheap knock-offs mis-sold as high quality items? I asked for a refund immediately and it's been over 10 days without a proper response.

Very helpful especially being very new to this. I started out with an in car camera for a rally car, another new escapade that I wanted to capture and learn from. Customer service has always been excellent!

excellent service and very helpful on all aspects especially with the diagnostic of my kit.

Got my kit from 4kam in 2010 after considerable correspondence with the very patient John.
The kit still works fine and John’s still there and has just helped me again!

Excellent camera for swimming, perfect and proffesional staff.

Ordered a MC600 camera for use on my N-gauge model railway. I am very pleased with the results and recommend this camera to any smaller scale modellers. It is a fairly recent development of the larger MC500 camera and does the job well.

Superb service supplying spares for my carbon fibre telescopic selfie stick. 8m long and does not have all the restrictions of a drone.
