My old battery died, so a quick internet search, and found this product. Exactly what I wanted, and at a very reasonable price. Placed my order and within a matter of day, my item arrived, very well packed. I have had no issues at all. I’m very pleased with the service i received.

Poorly packaged and presented - basically a tangle of wires in a cardboard box. Software is on an obsolete mini-CD which my up-to-date PC will not read. 4Kam will not provide software in a useable format. So far, three weeks after purchase, it’s just a waste of money.

Bought the 5m polecam. It’s excellent and the wide angle means you can set the camera up and not have to worry about it. Simple to use it gives some great footage.

Great communication and the model train camera works fantastically on my layout providing clear images and an opportunity to view the whole layout from a completely different perspective.

With multiple levels this will provide me with the opportunity to locate cameras in the hard to see areas to see any issues and keep the trains to schedule.

The Railcam viewer is great to be able to see live vision and was seamless to set up and use.

Christmas present for my brother. He is pleased with it.

False Claims by the supplier about the length of pole- Paid for 10m pole but received 7.9m long pole. Supplier claimed that 7.9m long pole can reach 10m height by holding it above one's head. In actual fact, the pole is so flexible when fully extended, it can't be stabilised without any ground support. It can no way reach 10m height. They are also selling 8m long pole, which costs less than 10m pole. The supplier refused to refund of price difference between 10m and 8m pole as actual length of the pole received was only 7.9m.

update to below review:
the seller has contacted me after the review has been published. There seems to have been a whole string of unfortunate circumstances. Seems the second delivery with the second battery got lost. At least I have not received it after almost 3 weeks now. The seller has fully refunded the purchase price and told me to keep what I have received already or if the second delivery shows up to keep that one as well.
So, thank you 4kam for the solution found! I raised my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

I ordered 2 batteries via ebay from 4kam. The delivery was 1 battery and a housing for a gopro camera, which I did not order.
I contacted 4kam via ebay and got never an answer. I contacted 4kam directly via customer service. The answer was, that the housing is the box in which the battery was packed for delivery. ... Again I contacted customer services and a couple days later I got the answer, that now they understand, but they cannot deliver the second battery, since they are out of stock. I asked them to return my money. Answer: They will deliver the second battery when they are in stock again in a coupe weeks or so! Still waiting for it. Charge for shipping was 15 GBP. The post stamp was 4,95 GBP. The service was unacceptable. Shipping charge tripple of actual cost. This is fraud.

Having considered all the options to enhance my drone business around filming in tight spaces, I opted for a 10m camera poll - and bought from 4kam.com
Simplicity itself - the item was orders - arrived quickly and securely - and was uber easy to use.
Should have made the decision long ago - would not hesitate to return to place more business as and when the need arises.

no customer services. the motorcycle rear veiw camera monitor is of very poor quality and is not suitable for outside use.

After reading an advertisement, which happened to be an accurate description, for the Pole Camera in a magazine, I made inquiries by email. I asked for prices for various options which were answered in a business-like manner. The deal was made, the agreed price paid and the goods were delivered. I had a number of queries. I deduced from the manner in which they were answered that John, my contact, read and analysed questions before answering in clear concise replies. My 4kam helmet cam was apparently defective as it didn't operate according to the directions. After contacting 4kam about the problem they wanted to make sure it wasn't operator error. After determining the problem was the camera they sent me a new camera without asking for the old one back. I was impressed. Thanks to 4kam. I recommend this camera and the company that stands behind it.

I am using the 4Kam sports camera for my equestrian activities. I love this product which has enabled me to capture my riding and for me to create memories of me and my horse.
Smart and easy to use, I found this fits well on my riding hat and also takes very good and clear film footage.
I received great friendly on-going customer service from 4Kam. Highly recommended.
