Do not expect any fuel savings

I am so over trying to buy fuel with this scamming business. I keep getting emails for extra savings at the pump which is totally worthless as when you get to the pump you can only use one or two of the four pumps because the other two will not let you enter your # to activate the savings. Last visit not even one of the pumps would let me enter my # and get any savings. I hope others realize that 7-eleven gas perks (at least in Hoquiam) are a total scam.

False advertising in App

First off, I have never had anything but positive encounters with staff at the store on Hwy 287 and Arapahoe rd in Erie, Colorado.
My poor review is because 7-eleven does not honor the gas discounts promised on the app until the expiration date for a specific discount. Instead, it sends a new text that falsely states I have claimed a much lower extra discount. This is false promises!
When I called customer service, the representative honestly states they cannot honor the higher gas discount but can only give extra points to use in the store. The points don’t come close to what the gas discount would have been. This is so not right! 7-Eleven, clean up your act, or lose me as a customer!

Racist store owner or clerk: 7-Eleven SeaTac, WA

Used profanity and racially derogatory language. At approximately 3:40 PM on March 16, 2026, my brother and I visited the 7-Eleven located at 20008 International Blvd in SeaTac. After my brother completed his purchase and asked for a bag, I finished my purchase and the clerk did not give me my change. When I asked for it, he claimed my change was used for a bag given to my brother. He never mentioned or told my brother there was a fee for the bag. I told him my purchase had nothing to do with his purchase.
The clerk began yelling and using profanity, telling my brother to "get the f**+ out of my store." During the confrontation he also used racially derogatory language, referring to my brother as a "black motherf***++." This escalated what should have been a simple issue about change and a bag. If he responded nicely, my brother would've paid for the bag.
At one point the clerk also reached as though he might be drawing a gun, which made the situation feel threatening. I attempted to calm the situation and told both of them the argument was not worth escalating, but the clerk continued using profanity and again told us to "get the f*** out of my store," while claiming he was the owner.
I am sharing this because customers should not be subjected to profanity, racial insults, or threatening behavior over a routine purchase. Regardless of whether this person is an employee or the owner, this interaction was unacceptable and extremely concerning. I'm also asking anyone who could be subject to racial slurs, to not patronize this store.

Using 7-Eleven delivery service is convenient, but sometimes you don't get hot food items that were ordered.

Using 7-Eleven delivery service is convenient and 99% fast, however when I order, I always get the shelf items but the last 3 or 4 times that I ordered, they did not have the Beef and Cheese Tosquitos that I ordered. They were the main reason I placed the orders. They were out but did not notify or call me. They just sent the order anyway. Eventually, I was refunded for the missing items. Until then my money was tied up.
I would have liked the option to cancel the order or pick some different food items. 😐

Just horrible. disgusting.

On March 8, 2026, I experienced unacceptable service from a staff member (dark-haired woman, Asian/Inuit features). She was intentionally dismissive and avoided serving me.

On another occasion, she handed me the wrong cigarettes and then gaslit me, claiming I had asked for the wrong ones, despite her clear lack of attention (she was literally talking to someone while serving me).

This behaviour feels like targeted discrimination based on my appearance. It is shocking that such a large chain employs people with this level of hostility toward customers. I expect management to address this immediately, as I no longer feel welcomed in this store.

Sparkle Pass Trial Lies - Fraudulent Renewal Policy and no refund

I signed up for a Trial of the Sparkle Pass and it told me there would be no automatic subscription renewal. I suddenly received a charge today (March 6th, 2026) for $32. I called immediately to request refund and was told multiple times they would not issue a refund because I agreed to the terms and conditions. Yes, I agreed to the terms and conditions, which were there would be no automatic renewal. As soon as the payment in my bank allows it, I will be submitting the charge as fraudulent.

Customer Complaint

I’m writing to express my concern regarding a very rude and unprofessional employee who works the 5:00 AM shift at 7-Eleven. I have had issues with this same employee before, and unfortunately, the behavior has not improved.

The employee consistently displays a nasty attitude toward customers and speaks in an unprofessional manner. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. This is not the first time I have felt uncomfortable due to this employee’s behavior.

I frequent this location at 138 Lakeside Blvd. Landing, NJ. I believe customers deserve professionalism regardless of the time of day. I hope management will address this issue to ensure a more positive experience for everyone.

Every month I head into Vernon

Every month I head into Vernon , and after I'm finished my errands my treat to myself is stopping at the 7-11 on Middleton Way on my way back to lumb. Todat the 28th of Feb I did my routine and decided to stop and pick up my ten wings /ten wedges and it was so busy that I have to commend the staff working there.
every time I stop the chicken and wedges are extremely fresh and fast, and never Have I ever encountered one single staff member to be nasty or rude, always polite.
So please take a moment to commend these employees for their work ethic and customer service. Truly a great treat for me in todays society.

Do let the employees Bully under age kids

If I could only give a half a star I would but I went in to the seven eleven in Nunda New York with my two nephews an yes there not angels but the one had used a fake 100 dollar bill not know so was band from store unless he had an adult with him so on this night I was the adult with him an the other bc the older one has never been caught red handed or in the store by anyone for stealing an ppl have said to the manager of the store that he has but no one’s actually caught him doing it so needless to say this night I walked in with both of them I never left there side for them to do anything stealing or anything an I wouldn’t let them do such thing an the cashier now’s them well an doesn’t really care for them or just don’t like them but anyway she said to them after getting up in the youngest one face an said an u know exactly why ur not supposed to be in here an she was kinda bullying them so I had stuck up for them an said well I’ve been told they could come here as long as there with an adult an I’m there uncle an I’m an adult so well not as long as I’m working an I said u can’t accuse some of doing something if u have never caught them red handed in the store with something from the store an possession is 99.9% of the law if he’s never actually been caught u can put that on him like that an we had walke to the cash register so I could get to slim Jim’s an she grabbed them as I set them down rudely an said well I’m not serving you an u need to leave my store all bc I stuck up for these boys an not let her bully them an I told her very calmly and respectfully no I’m not leaving ur store until I punch what I came for I’ve done nothing wrong for u to kick me out yes it’s a private property but I’m sorry but i never even raised my voice to an she didn’t care so with her having power over me by say I’m kicking u out an not serving you bc I don’t want made me feel a little bullied to but I never left an ya she called the cops to have me removed from her store to me bulling under age kids is cool an to band the one for something they have no prof of an to make him As a thieve just because someone said they were told that he has but to me if anything why hasn’t the manager had the cops involved or at lest involved the cops bc they didn’t want to ruin there future we u have told him to stop if he has been his mom has to but he still supposedly doing it they have learned that lesson by being told an trying to look out for them so make them Learn there lesson the hard way an that’s how I’ve learned all my life was the hard way an I never repeated it so lesson learned right but u can’t have some of the clerks say it’s ok to come in an then have the ones it’s not bc I don’t like u it’s either ur trespass for good an ever since I’ve called corporate an store manager about this girl putting up a post with my facebook account on social media saying stuff about the miss understanding at the store from what i understand the cashier or any employee of any 7-11 store nationwide are not supposed to put anything out on social media about things that happened at there store well there working or even off the clock it’s part of there 24page hand book ur supposed to have been given to read but she did an a lot of ppl where harassing me on social media aiding shit about I’m a creep even though I could have been disrespectful to her call her names an been f••••• straight up mean to her but I didn’t I told her to call the cops and say there peaceful until cops showed up and went out and talked to them so buy what I have read I could take this seven eleven to court it’s cause me stress an inconvenience to have to go to a different store farther away an cost me money I don’t have to get snakes an I’ve didn’t do nothing but stop her from bullying my nephews more than she all ready did so I’m lawyering up a thinking about take them to court bc they should have fired the girl just bc she posted it on social media

Terrible experience I am a local that…

Terrible experience I am a local that lives less that 3 minutes away and love to come out late night. I’ve gone to this 711 thinking it was 24/7 and the doors were locked cashier refused to unlock them and help me. They claim it due to homelessness but don’t open even for locals. This place is terrible and needs new workers asap I’ve never seen a 711 pay workers at night for them to decline business especially their local customers.
