As a regular customer of the 7-Eleven…

As a regular customer of the 7-Eleven on 3003 Columbia Pike Arlington va imagine my disappointment& shock when I was treated like a criminal because of the color of my skin. The same person who has always treated me different when I come to this 7-Eleven is the same one who called me a thief in front of the whole store and made me empty my pockets even though I didn't have anything in them and willing cooperated just to prove to her that I didn't steal anything. You would think after I proved her wrong she would apologize but instead of apologizing she told me I was in the back near the ATM for 20 minutes (which was a lie because I was in the store for less than 10 minutes). I asked her for her name and she hid her name tag under her hijab and started taunting me. It was absolutely disgusting how she treated me for absolutely no reason. I have never once had a issue with any of the other employees especially since I'm a regular they know me but for some reason this one specific lady every single time when I come in I'm treated like a thief even though I'm spending money there. I have given her the benefit of the doubt thinking that she is having a bad month but what she did today was absolutely unacceptable and is not how you treat customers especially when you have cameras and you can check and see or even call the police if you catch someone stealing but you don't try to embarrass a customer in front of the whole store for absolutely no reason other than the color of my skin. This was absolutely disgusting and I hope she at least gets told this type of behavior is not acceptable.

But then you slander me with accusations I'm stocking you and make things worse. Undo the slander or I will have to go door to door and educate people to shop amazon walmart dollar tree and even ALTA instead of 711. Does 711 go out of it's way to hire psychotic employees?

Hired 9/25
Fired 1/26
Today 2/9/26

To Leroy, Wanda, and all the Managers above (and if the the public reads it so be it):

I’m done shopping at 7-eleven especially this location. The store manager fired me for not fulfilling 4 delivery orders in two days. This was not my fault it was a network issue. I could go on and on about this store manager but if you going to enforce the rules then follow the rules. Not trying to air out his shit but damn dude likes to go to the bank for 2 hours and drink alcohol. Oh I ain’t no disgruntled employee I got a fat check coming in just wanted something to do. Anyways stay away from this cheap ass corporation! $12/hr, no overtime, my co-worker got a $0.10 raise at his year mark, no real breaks like a 30 min lunch (which I’m sure is against the law), you can’t pick your schedule, and on top of being a clerk you have to prepare food and fulfill delivery orders from 7Now, DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub all this by yourself. 6 employees either quit or got fired in less than 4 months. Very high turnover over rate, go figure! Just to let you know if you ask him about this review he going to say I also got fired for more reasons, don’t believe it, it bullshit and he has no record, hes just trying to save himself from his manager (her). So she told my store manager to fire me and he just backed it up with oh he also did this-this-this and this. It’s BS I was one of their hard workers when you compared me to the rest of the crew.

Eleven has some of the most absurd prices I’ve ever seen. Gas is overpriced and the items inside are way more expensive than anywhere else. Poor value, bad experience, and definitely not worth stopping here. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Dear Customer Support Team,

I am writing to formally report an issue I experienced at one of your store locations.

I recently went to the store to pick up an order. During a previous visit, I was treated in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner by an employee. On my most recent visit, I spoke with another staff member and was informed that the individual who treated me disrespectfully is the store manager. I was also told that any complaint about staff behavior would have to be filed with the same manager involved in the issue.

This situation is concerning. A store manager should represent professionalism, fairness, and respect toward customers. When the manager is the source of the problem and also the only person handling complaints, customers are left without a fair or neutral way to resolve issues. This creates an environment where problems cannot be properly addressed.

I am not writing to create conflict, but to express a genuine concern about customer treatment and accountability at this location. Customers should feel respected and safe when visiting a store, especially when they are simply picking up an order.

I respectfully ask that this matter be reviewed by someone outside the store location and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure professional customer service standards are upheld.

Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response.

I had a really uncomfortable experience…

I had a really uncomfortable experience at this 7-Eleven last night. I went with my sister after a concert. While we were at the register, my sister noticed bananas and said she wanted to get one. The male employee started asking things like “do you want small banana or big banana” in a way that felt weird and inappropriate. It honestly made the situation uncomfortable and awkward.

I ended up having a heated argument with him because of how he was talking, and I spoke to the manager about his behavior and the poor customer service.

What made it worse is that after I left, another female customer came up to me and said that the same guy had tried to kiss her before inside and outside the store. I can’t confirm her experience, but it was still very concerning to hear.

Overall, this was not a good experience at all. Customers should feel safe and respected in a store, not uncomfortable.

The store is dirty and worse

The store is dirty, to point of being filthy. Not just this particular store but most in the USA since I travel. The food is super sus with old donuts, cold food they sit there for days - look at the use or sell by date, and the hot sandwiches smell like chemicals. I've even tried the chicken wings and the bones are still cold. I was there, hungry and apparently foolish. Never again.

4501 nw 7 st

4501 nw 7 st, new location;
Has a great Hispanic location attendant that has great potential as she really cares to provide service and care to customers.
I have been there several times and the only person that has gone out of her way was her. I am impressed.
I know her name begins with an L , she is Hispanic (Cuban) and black braided hair.
I cannot remember how to spell her name , but she is easy to identify as she is the hardest working female there,

Worst company to work for

Worst company to work for . They offer no benefits and as much money as the make they don't pay worth a poop. They rip off employees and customers. Filthy all around. They get so busy but never have enough staff to help customers. When there is more staff they do other things not to help the customers. Its ridiculous 5 people working only one cashier . McDonald's and other places are better to work for 7eleven doesn't care about their employees.

Formal Complaint – Unprofessional and Threatening Conduct by Store Employee

I am writing to formally report a serious incident involving an employee at the 7-Eleven located in the Greenbrier Shopping Center.
At approximately 7:05 AM on January
03, 2026, I entered the store to purchase coffee, which I routinely do on weekends. Upon entering, the store employee on duty did not acknowledge my presence, which I did not find unusual. I proceeded to the coffee station and noticed that the hazelnut coffee was empty. I politely asked the employee if more hazelnut coffee could be prepared.
The employee responded in a rude and dismissive manner, stating that I “needed to wait.” I calmly replied that I understood and was simply asking if the hazelnut coffee could be refilled. The employee repeated his response in an increasingly hostile tone. When I acknowledged again that I understood, the employee escalated the situation by raising his voice and yelling at me.
At that point, the employee aggressively approached me, shouted directly in my face, and was so close that saliva landed on my face. He then shook his fist at me in a threatening manner, giving the clear impression of potential physical violence. This behavior was alarming and completely unacceptable, especially toward a customer who had not acted aggressively.
The employee continued by calling me names and threatening to call the police, insisting that I leave the store as if he were the owner. To avoid further escalation or potential harm, I chose to leave the premises voluntarily.
I want to be very clear that this complaint is not about coffee availability—it is about hostile, threatening, and unsafe behavior by a store employee. No customer should feel intimidated, threatened, or at risk of physical harm while simply purchasing a product, particularly in the early morning hours when customers may be alone.
I am deeply concerned that this individual’s behavior represents a safety risk to customers. I respectfully request that store management and corporate leadership review this incident seriously and take appropriate corrective action.
I am available to provide additional details and would appreciate being contacted by management to discuss a resolution.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
JC Iparraguirre

I’ve noticed a small change in the operation.

I’ve noticed over the past couple of weeks that apparently the free coffee or big gulp/slurpee offer that I used to receive after filling my tank with $70 of gasoline has changed to a 50¢ off of an energy drink.
Other than that everything’s just as good as it always has been. Great gas prices, great coffee and snacks plus wonderful friendly employees. Could this be due to the new ownership?

This is a review of the 7-11 on the…

This is a review of the 7-11 on the corner of 116th Ave se and s 168th st in Renton Wa. They have no public bathrooms. A poorly located garbage that is always over full and Parking lot full of garbage. Once inside you encounter workers who often say that you gave them a smaller bill than you and don’t give you the small change. The isles are full of crap make an unsafe environment for eveyone in the store. They are out of several items and have deceptive advertising charging and exorbitant amount more when you buy 1 item instead of 2. Their hot food is hard and crispy by the looks it might make you sick. The coffee tastes burnt. The soda machine is often out of several flavors and the ones that run often have the wrong flavor. The one good thing there is plenty of 7-11 in the area that are run correctly just avoid this one.

I tell my sister to go 7-Eleven and buy…

I tell my sister to go 7-Eleven and buy a Zing 20k card for the game. But the staff give her two 10k cards.

I am not happy with this. If no 20k card, they must tell my sister, and I take money back. But they don't tell! They just print two 10k cards. Why don't ask the customer first?

My sister go back and tell them. The staff say, 'No 20k card, so I print two 10k cards.' Then they tell my sister to sell the two 10k cards to other people for the money back! This answer is very bad. I don't agree with staff.

If no 20k card, they should say 'No 20k card.' Then I just go home. I accept it.

But they print the card themselves without asking my sister if she want two 10k cards or not. My sister is a child, she doesn't know. I tell her only to buy 20k card, if no 20k card, then forget it. But the employee still print it! I don't understand what the staff is thinking."
