I ordered from 77 Diamonds and received an email confirming a specific delivery date, but the item arrived later than promised. That was frustrating, especially for something you plan around. They reached out by email and phone, apologized for the delay, and offered a rebate on a future purchase. I appreciated the effort and would order from them again.

The best service I could have received and the lady Hollie in the sales team was amazing, even though I was a nightmare customer always changing my partners engagement ring and diamond Hollie was so patient and helpful with me I can not thank Hollie and the team enough.

Ordered a lab made ring. It looked great. Customer service was attentive and kept me informed.

The overall experience was average. The ordering process was good, You can also improve the engrave section as it was not clearly visible to me how much space will be there between the initials, but the post-purchase email felt very generic and didn’t add much value. Since you’re selling diamonds, I’d expect a more premium and personalized experience. Improving the quality and presentation of the order confirmation emails would leave customers with a much better impression. The packaging itself is very nice and the color choice aswell.

On this occasion we were ordered online using the ring designer on the website. We are blown away by how much we love the rings - 18ct gold wedding band and Hope engagement ring. Absolutely stunning and worth every penny.

I am interested in diamonds so chose my own stone with the characteristics I wanted, optimised for fire but eye clean and not compromised on brilliance. I wanted a warm diamond so was delighted to find my perfect stone in the catalogue and it is perfect in real life. This is a risky way to buy diamonds but the 30 day return clause derisked the purchase!
