We had some very frustrating circumstances to start the process. Being new, we didn't know what to expect and needed assistance that wasn't always present, available, and understandable. We even paid extra money for a design consultant, and when we finally made contact with her (a few days after the contest started), our interactions were difficult because of clarity issues and so many other challenges that continued to escalate (with her and our 2nd design consultant), but I'm so grateful to have come across Noemi and Terrence. In fact, Noemi's service and willingness to step in and offer excellent service was what made me and the team decide to consider 99Designs for upcoming design projects. Many thanks, Noemi, for your professionalism, ownership of our situation, and relentless pursuit of solving our problems. You made this process so much easier, despite the initial challenges we faced. Still, full objectivity, some of the team members we spoke to throughout the process, did their best to help, but it was Noemi who came in and saved the day for us. So, thanks, again, Noemi!

The contest winner was unresponsive for weeks after I awarded the contest. There was a lot of confusion through the process. I understand that things happen, but no notifications etc... just a waiting game. He finally responded and after being refunded I had to then go in and create a new contest because I did want to use his work. The back and forth over weeks to months did not make this process fun. I do love the designs I chose, but I will not be using this platform again.

The set up for 99designs works well. It's easy, cost effective, and the artists are talented. I had excellent offers from the designers for my logo and the step by step process by 99designs made it easy & fun.

Their customer service is fantastic always able to reach you by phone which is extremely appreciated to actually speak with someone during the process of completing the work. If not available they called back within hours which was great! And mostly available 24/7! Also the friendly extensions given at crucial times during my completion process is very much appreciated. And the designers they choose to work with were all great as well as far as their timely return of revisions and communication . Kobassah has been super working with my deadlines on all the important changes. All in all I am very happy with the service connected with my purchase! And extremely satisfied with my very professional results! Thank you!

I am ever so pleased with 99designs. I want to thank the designers for their expertise, and creativity! I truly like the designs they've created which will help me to be successful in my business. I want to mention one employee in particular. Her name is Glady, and what a nice and helpful lady she is! She not only helped me to understand the process of how to show my poll to my friends for their help, but she went over and beyond her call of duty by helping me on a computer question that I had that I needed help with. I'm not tech savvy and I was stuck with an issue on my computer. Well, this wonderful, nice lady, whose name is Glady, took a few minutes of her time to walk me through something, and explain to me how to fix the issue I was having. It was something really important, and she solved the problem for me. I want her supervisor to know that she is an asset to 99designs, and she helps to make your company look good!
