A job arranged the day before for 8. 45am the next day to drop kids to school, arrived late at 9. 00am.
Driver unaware that it was booked for 8.45am, after when company /manager asked why they were late, they made an excuse about traffic, when the driver clearly rang me to say he's arrived outside my house at 9. 00am and its been booked for 9.00am?? Managers trying to cover up their mistake on late arrival. My kids were late for school as I had to arrange another taxi that morning.
Will never use again.

Booked a taxi 14 hours in advance so I could get home safely from an unfamiliar area. Rang to double check I would be getting this taxi. No taxi arrived and awful attitude from the male operator on Saturday evening 18/09.
I was scared, stranded and felt unsafe because of this company.
I've used a2b for so many years and its gone to absolutely rubbish recently! Avoid at all costs

Terrible service better off on the bus and that’s saying something. used to be a great taxi company used them regularly.
Then they got brought out!
Apps useless tracked my car which then picked up some else and drove past. waited 45 min then for the next one when i called to complain and asked for a manager, just got cut off finally got through to be fobbed off. They are obviously not bothered will be using another firm from now on shame really as used them for over 15years

Pre booked a taxi 2 days before for a 10am pick up. Taxi didn’t arrive. I called the operator at 10:15 to find out where it was she was surly, unhelpful and utterly disinterested. I called the driver to be told he had only just been given the job turned up at 10:33.
The driver was very apologetic and told me the reason no one turned up was because I was paying with a debit card on my account and the drivers don’t want those jobs as they don’t get paid for 10 days and had I have been paying cash a car would absolutely have been there.
I cannot use my online account again as I now have no idea if a taxi will actually show up. What a joke.

Staff on the end of the phone are jobsworth! Thinking they are something!
RUDE rude staff! Feel sorry for the actual drivers that are working hard trying to make a living and the “phone staff” (who clearly have zero stuff going for them in life) are ruining their livelyhood. Shame for the taxi drivers. Awful company. Even the staff say how awful they are! DO NOT USE!

Absolutely dreadful company. Taxi booked for 11.45am to go to wedding. No taxi arrived. Called to enquire and treated really poorly by disrespectful employee. Finally told taxi in 20 mins. No taxi. Called again. Told taxi in 6 mins. No taxi. called again and told no taxi had been booked and not going to get one. Complained and told that someone would call as they take complaints seriously. It seems their complaints process is a mirror of their taxi (service) as no call to date. Avoid.

A2B used to be a really good taxi company. Not so much any more, not sure whether that’s since they’ve paired with Go Cars. We are a group of 5 waiting at the airport, there was also another group of 5. A 7 seater pulled up to drop somebody off, then didn’t take anybody with them which seemed strange. Then we were allocated a car which took another group instead. Then one of our group got a black cab, at least you can rely on them. Then another car came which was too small, then we were told another 20 minutes (back of the queue again). After over an hour of waiting we had to get a family member to leave work to pick us up. For a taxi company, I thought they’d be a lot better at organising taxis. Shame for what was once a good company.

My daughter paid on the app the driver said it wasn’t paid! She showed him the email confirmation but he told her to get out of the Taxi! Luckily her boyfriends mother dropped her home! This sucks a to b how dare you !!

We have used them for a number of years and they have always been good... but never again! We booked a pickup to the airport and no driver turned up! Took us ages to get through on the phone only to be told he was half an hour away! No apology, just that they haven`t got control over how many jobs the drivers take on ! Not good enough! Will never use them again.

Truly terrible experience. Had a quote determined at £20 from Bham airport only to find out that as the taxi driver was waiting, (pretty obvious waiting for luggage and security that would happen, and did not give any extra time from the point the flight landed) they decide to charge a £4 waiting time which was not mentioned when booking. Also charged for parking in this instance the driver, stopped for 20 seconds which cost another £4. They will without doubt add extremely ridiculous extra charges for no reason. Driver also tried to claim the journey would have cost £45 if he had to use the motorway. Please avoid this company at all costs they will try to mug you off.

Do not use the driver of silver Mercedes J14 JUA. He will drive uninsured, take illegal pickups and demand payment on prepaid journeys. The company cannot organise prebooked reservations and refuse to be held accountable. DO NOT USE.

i have used them x 2 a week for years and the care home i work in also used them throughout lock down.
never again. 4 phone calls this morning with the last call handler saying "nothing has been booked for you.."
fuming and feel badly let down when i have always supported them.
I have now booked with another local company who i hope will not let me down

Booked a taxi in the morning for 12.15 pick up. Had been have been waiting for half hour making me late for my appointment to pick up my car as they close at 1pm. Pgoned them to be hold it will be another 10mins wait. Will never uses taxi company again. They lost my trade and also my company at work will also stop using them we have the same problem with them at work . Avoid at all cost!!!!

Worse customer service ever. Not helpful at all, do not listen what you’re saying and VERY rude towards customers.

Gone down hill very fast as use to be reliable. Waiting over an hour for a taxi and in some instances it never turns up. Was my main taxi provider but moved to a different firm now. Sort it out a2b as you've lost a valued customer.

Terrible service. Booked a cab from Warwick parkway. Called to find what was happening and told “will be there in 15 mins”. Called after 20 when no one turned up at which point “no taxi is available”. Why on earth was I not told when I first called. Disgusting service. Will never use again and strongly recommend no one uses them. Extremely poor.

Mini bus failed to turn up for bridesmaids despite it being booked ages ago. They were scrambling round, frantically, trying to get a car to the church. Bride in her car. Utter disgrace. Just another fare. Dont use for anything special.

Ordered to go to have a dressing change as was supposed to keep off my leg. Was quoted £3.70. Arrived at doctors and was charged £6.40. And ended up having to walk bk as had no more money on me. At one time I recommended this firm but recently they have been really bad. So I won't be using them again. And I am still waiting for a call back from the manager. 7 and a half hours later

Have used this company many times in the past used to be so efficient but now a waste of time
Booked taxi Saturday morning for pick up Sunday so they had plenty of time to put in system paid up front using airpay..Taxi did not arrive at 7am was told twice it was on its way then 20 mins later saying no driver available do not use this company

I booked a trip for a hospital appointment, I also emailed to confirm the booking. The following morning no taxi had arrived, another taxi was booked and this driver cancelled. No response to emails.
