Awful service avoid this company !!!!!

Pre booked a return cab but the return can didn’t show up called the office only to be told they were busy… we yea that’s why I pre booked a return, explained I was alone with my 2 children and felt unsafe only to have the woman put the phone down on me! Called back and she hung up again on me! Disgusting service and really disappointed that at 11pm I stranded with 2 kids and this woman showed Jo compassion and kept hanging up ! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Booked a taxi for 5 passengers to pick me up from my house. The taxi never turned up. I just had a message saying ‘missed taxi’. I called and ask what was going on and they said they never had a taxi available!. If I wanted to wait, they could get me one in around an hour. When I commented on how incompetent they were the guy said, ‘well I wouldn’t have taken your order, as we don’t have many cabs in your area!!!, Enough said. Avoid

Do not use this company

If I could give O stars I would. We pre booked a car for 11pm and we’re left freezing cold in the rain for over an hour. Phoned company several times and just got a message replying that they are busy. I was made to feel like i was being unreasonable expecting a taxi to be on time when they were busy. There were over ten people also who pre booked in the same predicament as us. It is absolutely disgusting. These people do not care about vulnerable people, young children or anyone. DO NOT USE

After years of using A2B I am so fed ip with there bad service I will not be using again. I used to book every sunday morning to get to work before 7 am and more than once it as taken them over an hour for them to collect me also why is my trip home from work a lot more money its not like there sre busy roads on a sunday. Feel like they were constantly ripping me off

The company is a joke
Drivers picking up and cancelling jobs, when calling the office to track the car (because the app is showing no active booking) you are being told someone is on the way, they will even tell you what car and reg when in fact no one is on their way
Huge safety issue with that since you are waiting for a white Honda but a random Toyota pulls up telling you they are your driver and the app still shows no active bookings
Make it make sense

Used the company few times and its been just stressfu

I booked a taxi for Saturday at 12.20pm to take myself and my wife to a wedding venue including pick up of two friends on the way and then for the return journey at 10.30 pm. Due to previous reviews I was very careful to check a number of times that the bookings were confirmed. At no stage did the control centre mention any problems with the timings. At 12.15 I received a call from a driver to say that he was on his way and would be with us at 12.50. I immediately said that was totally unacceptable and I wanted the taxi at the booked time and suggested he get back to the control centre accordingly. 5 minutes later I received a call from another driver saying he was 9 minutes away which would just about have been ok. I took the precaution of checking with the control centre to confirm the arrival at 12.30 only to be told that the driver had declined the trip and somebody would be picking up at 12.50 - this was far too late to get us to the wedding on time so declined and cancelled. So had to travel in my own vehicle meaning I would have to get a lift to collect it from the venue the next day.
I was concerned about the return trip so phoned the control centre on a number of occasions to check the booking - the automated system confirmed the booking as 10.30 as planned.
Next part of the saga - I receive a text at 21.58 cancelling my booking. I immediately called the control centre and insisted they honour my booking. I was told that there were no taxis available and despite arguing for around 10 minutes I failed to get commitment to send the contracted vehicle.
It is obvious to me that this a very poorly run organisation with no respect for customers so would advise against using A2B - because you can't even get to A let alone B!!
I managed to get a UBER almost immediately and that's what I will do in future.
Would give them minus 1 stars if it was possible!

Absolute joke of company gave me a fixed price of £37.50 then decided it was only a quote final price was £63.30 feel like I’ve been robbed. Not even close to what they said feel furious will never use this company again. Disgusting service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have just phoned A to B to book a taxi for the airport tomorrow morning, i requested a large car due to extra luggage i was informed they could not guarantee i would get a large car but they would send 2 cars to accomodate if it was not possible, i declined paying for 2 cabs when before we always only had a larger car, they then asked if we could wait to see what was available in the morning hellooo its the airport we going to so time is of the essence, i will not be using them ever again.

Pre booked taxi for 6 passengers plus 6 pieces of luggage to Birmingham Airport. 1 car arrived which was nowhere near big enough despite being told an 8 seater vehicle would be available. Upon calling, spoke to a very surly and rude call handler who informed me that I was advised at booking that there was no guarantee of an 8 seater vehicle being provided on required day. This is untrue, no such advise was provided. Very stressful worrying if the 2 cars that i then requested would arrive at the time needed to get to the airport. Although they did in fact arrive and the drivers were fab, I wouldn't recommend mainly due to the rudeness of the call handler and the stress of using them.

The WORST ever taxi firm,only giving 1* because i cant give zero.Pre booked a car and paid up front from CV7 to Knowle,5 mins before it was due got a text saying no taxi available and transaction reversed,called them and got a rude operator who said he could get a car here an hour later,he just didnt care it was ruining a pre booked night out and then he hung up.
This use to be my go to Taxi firm but now AVOID AT ALL COST.

Do not book this taxi it’s the west taxi company ever. Drivers over charge people by double the price. The drivers are extremely rude and disrespectful. It’s like they don’t operate in England they are the worst taxi company in the world. 1 day I was dropped in the middle of nowhere by one of the drivers demand payment before I reached my destination. People should just stick to Uber. They think they own customers

Never use A2B!!!

Pre-booked a cab, 24 hours before, for pickup after a late evening event. My two young children, my wife and I were left waiting on the street for 40 mins before getting an Uber, which took only 3 mins to arrive and was half the price. I called 3 times while waiting for A2B and was told the usual 15-20 mins each time. The taxi eventually arrived 50 mins late, at which point we were half way home. I have deleted A2Bs number from my phone and will never use them again. This is not a one off experience with them, can’t believe it took me this long to stop using them!!

Booked a taxi from Birmingham to Coventry, was quoted a price only to be told by the driver it would be ‘whatever is on the meter’ - I agreed, and he decided to make his way towards the M6 - this is approx 6 miles longer then A45 !!! until I asked him why he was taking me the longer way, and I told him to take me along the A45, greedy rude driver, I cut the journey short and caught a different taxi - he then told me it’s ‘cash only’Will never use again. Quoted prices are BS

Booked 2 journeys, 9th July and 19th July via phone and confirmed via email to Birmingham airport. I was quoted £38 on the phone but charged £47 from my bank on the first journey. On return (19th) i phoned to advise we had arrived (as I was advised on the original booking). I was told the booking could not be found even though I had the booking reference. I was told a taxi would be turning up but it would now be £50, we reluctantly agreed as we didn't have a choice. Vehicle arrived and we was charged £65 when we got to the destination. We are very very disappointed with the service and communication. The App is terrible and wouldn't let me view my booking so had to do all communication about the booking via email.

Shocking service!

Booked a taxi the previous day for 8am pick up as we had booked the Northern Belle train for father in laws 80th birthday. Called three times from 7.45 to confirm booking only to be told at 8.15 they didn’t have a car available! Shocking service, definitely will not be using again.
