Recommend not buying a monitor for them, unless u got to a store and see it working, my mom ordered me a brand new 27” monitor from amazon and gentle open it and set it up and there is a pixel type scratch right in the middle, I call support and the only option he says is my going to buy a box to send it to Texas for a technician to look at it. Are you joking? I hung up the phone I will never be buying another acre monitor
5 month old PC freezes
New Acer PC,should have stayed with Dell but this Acer seemed to fit what l needed for less money. On Novemeber 28th l made my 1st of many many calls to the service center in Columbia. I got a bit of a run around trying to explain that when l turn the computer on within minutes or a long as an hour it freezes. My mouse will move but l can not open new site or close what l was working on. It won't allow me to exit the web browser or even exit the system through the start menu. I have to do a hard shut down via the PC's tower. Acer tech told me to try Ctr ALT delete. Worked at first to allow me to exit but doesn't work anymore & does not solve the problem. Another tech said it was too far from my modem. My tower sits on a shelf above my moden. Another said my WIFI wasn't strong enough. Well,l tried to go into my settings off line & the computer freezes. So this is not an internet problem. I believe it is a hard drive issue. It has been sent twice 3 hours away to Mississauga to be fixed & comes back with the same issue. I finally asked for a supervisor & sent him a video of what has been happening & still no response. So if you are reading this review save yourself the trouble & stay clear of any Acer products. I have requested a refund or God help me a replacement but have not gotten any response. This is now January 15 2026
Clarity of information
Windows Copilot Key
You sold the "right CTRL" to Windows, they turned it into "Copilot key" which is the most useless and time wasting key there ever was.

everything was clear about the laptop spec and discount was applied but I couldn't see anywhere how long the warranty is for.

Very happy with the service.
Better hope it doesn't break
I have bought a number of Acer products. My most recent was a gaming desktop. I am currently being tasked with sending it back for its THIRD set of repairs. In all instances, the warranty process has consisted of someone performing minimal to no analysis, replacing a random part, and sending me back a broken computer. While my laptops were fine, this product and the process to fix it is amongst the worst I have ever experienced.
Highly against this company. Please buy from another.
Bought the "Acer Nitro 60 N60-181-UR24" from Amazon. No issues until about a week later, when the computer would instantly blue screen multiple times after startup. Thought instead to contact Acer and not Amazon about the issue, and after a week of pleading for help, they finally allowed me to ship the PC to their repair center. Received an email a few days after the arrival that the brand new PC was somehow damaged, and would cost $800 to repair. I gave up and asked them to send it back. I did not inspect what they had done until I sold the PC to a retailer- they completely wiped my C: Drive without telling me to "fix" the issue I had. I was told on the same email about the damage that they were going to do nothing due to the "major damage" (there was a small crack in the case). I am very upset with how my situation was handled, and would advise buyers to avoid buying this product and Acer in general. I currently have an ASUS pre-built now, and am receiving better treatment and care from the company than I ever would have thought.
ACER ASPIRE VERO 16 WITH NO POWER…
ACER ASPIRE VERO 16 WITH NO POWER SUPPLY!!!
I brought a laptop from Currys which was a hours drive as my Currys didn’t have in stock and my friend had the same one which I loved.
I took the Laptop home and there was no power supply in the box so I used my friends and called ACER the following day and the customer service is appalling and the customers service wouldn’t help and passed me to Technical and the Technial team wouldn’t send out the needed power supply and said I had to drive a hour back to Currys and swap the Laptop and I explained that all my personal details are on the Laptop and all i needed was the power supply sent in the post.
ACER still didn’t want to help and said again I have to go to currys.
I have also call Currys too and they tell me to go to ACER its been a week with no help or resolution and I have a Laptop I paid alot for that I cant use.
Also you can claim a free keyboard and mouse with the Laptop and when I asked ACER about this they said they cant help.
RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
rubbish site
lots of |FAILEDD attempts to pay very user unfriendly. at one stage i was about to give up. non tech staff should test the system to check its convenience. coders assume everybody has excelent use skills. i found it difficult and i have been using computers since 1962 (yes, that long). I am 90 this YEAR BUT AM NOT YET SENILE
Everything was good
Very smooth experience
Very smooth experience. Easy to navigate and see all offers, and the payment options were also simple and clear, unlike my poor experience with Amazon.

Acer is atrocious
Acer has atrocious product quality standards and the most patronizing customer service. My Aspire 3 laptop, purchased brand new from Target in 2024, started breaking not 10 months after purchase. Whenever I plugged my laptop in to power, it would constantly switch between a status of "charging" and "not charging" even at the slightest twitch of the power cord. I thought it was an issue with the charger, so I contacted customer service and was sent a replacement charger. The same issue happened to the replacement, except this time it stopped working entirely so I had to switch back to the original faulty charger. After looking on Google and Reddit I found out that this is a repeat issue with the Aspire 3 laptop charging port, not the charger itself. Acer themselves have not made any effort to actually mitigate the issue, instead sending replacement chargers that they know will break anyway. On top of all of this, their customer service is incredibly patronizing and demeaning, and will always avoid giving a useful response to a serious issue and instead treat you like a child who doesn't understand anything. I'm never purchasing an Acer product again. This is an absolutely putrid company.
Sensible website, decent products
Sensible website. Useful descriptions. Decent range of options. Slick payment system. I like the last Acer I bought in September so I am very hopeful about this one
