The software has been a total pain

The software has been a total pain. I constantly says it can't back up that the external drive isn't connected when it is, it consumes a huge amount of disk capacity. I have now given up

This type of behaviour is not expected.

Frequent drive detection issues, high space usage, or repeated backup failures usually indicate an underlying problem with the setup, environment, or product configuration.

If you are using an OEM version, please contact your hardware provider, as Acronis does not provide direct support for OEM editions.

Otherwise, I recommend contacting Acronis Support directly so our team can review logs and identify the root cause.

I am just overwhelmed with the on going…

I am just overwhelmed with the on going quality of the service I have received the very few times I have needed assistance. Over the last 11 years I have used Acronis in safeguarding my six windows systems. You rely on your systems to support your business activity and Acronis is the very best way to protect that investment.

Great customer support and guidance…

Great customer support and guidance from Ram Nivas, the Acronis Technician who providing amazing advice and knowledge about Acronis backups and helped us set up not only our local external hard drives, but also Acronis Cloud backups and recovery procedure.

I rely on Acronis because they deliver…

I rely on Acronis because they deliver on what they promise. This is most evident when it comes to their technical assistance. They always address my concerns efficiently and treat me with respect. They answer my questions in language I understand (I'm not the most tech savvy person). They are polite and professional and friendly and patient. I feel like Acronis has my back, if you know what I mean. They are there for me when I need them. I can't recommend them enough!!!

Acronis Affected by the Microsoft Windows 11 April Update

After the Microsoft Windows 11 April "Patch Tuesday" updates, I was no longer able to make Acronis True Image 2025 image backups on any of my three PCs. After trying for several days to no avail, I contacted Acronis customer support. After filling out the case form, the very next morning I had a lengthy reply describing the most likely cause of the problem, how it was being remediated and contact information. As it turns out, Microsoft installed a patch in their update to block VSS module (as well as others), that was critical in Acronis functioning properly. A week later problem was resolved and my application is functioning as it should. In the meantime, I received multiple communications from Acronis Support inquiring about my reported problem. Acronis has a great product (I have used it for over 17 years), and an outstanding customer support department.
